I will say Yes and No because the cryptocurrency market works in two ways which are bear time and bull time, the bear time will tell you no to holding but to sell cause holding will only reduce your token value but if sold you can always buy back with same value but large sum in addition of the token ,
While the bull time also say yes to hold cos it will double your value with same token , so in other words means there is time for everything , so just follow the market and know when to sell and buy again or when to buy and sell high.

I cannot say so, because I have lost a lot of money because of the fact that I am engaged in a holding, because many tokens soon sink to zero and simply depreciate because the companies stop working and just drop everything.

I agree with you if we use long term investment in cryptocurrencies, because in long time cryptocurrencies is up trend, but unfortunatelly for short term investment ( trading alternatives coins activity) today is down trend and i don't want entry the market, but for the people who have made investment will be better to hold for long term investment because soon or later the price of cryptocurrencies will goes up again. Just remember history will reapet its self, so do with price of cryptocurrencies.

If you check the history of Bitcoin a couple of years back and when it started it is actually no value at all and all of
a sudden the demand started to rise organically/slowly and people began to have interest in Satoshi Nakamoto's

I see many going against holding and some still very much string in holding and the situation at hand dies not really help the holder as many have lost big huge sum in the curse of holding and still holding as it is better to hold than selling in lost so I advice those in lost already to hold their token and wait patiently for the return match of bull.

No matter what kind of coin in your hands is promising or with untalented dev team. First of all, you have in your hands an asset with huge volatility. For such assets, holding can be a good, but not the best solution.

it really proves but the question is how long will you wait? i bough some coin last march will price is x20 from the price today. cant do some selking because it would only means lossing big amount of money... if i didnt hold and do some trading in the way, maybe by now i made already big profit... playing in volatility and some market analysis is a great excitement and could bring big profit in the way.. i would suggest to anyone in the crypto space to chose wisely and have fix decision so it wont be a disappointment if market downs.

If you can trade well then it is better to trade ane hold. I have some coins already hold more than half a year and they have not recovered to the level where I bought them. i dont know, if the holding is profitable nowadays, i have been holding a coin for over a year now and still no profit is seen. Instead a drop of price is always on the way. Bull run is happening but the last coin is still crying. There's is no much movement of alts in the market place.
