Tough choices. For now, maybe I can bet on Rebellious Token (REBL). It will be a coin soon since they will be launching their own blockchain by next year. I am still looking for other projects.

I know of one which I trust and that is Travelflex coin, a DAG coin with market cap of less than $2m.

Much better if you can define in your post what you consider as small caps altcoins.
Look out for Equal Token. I have my personal bias here since I have followed this project since the beginning. Public beta testing for their web wallet will be released soon. I think it's going to be an industry leading wallet come 2019.
