Market is range bound BTC is trading between 6200 to6500 daily up and down caution to hold is the best strategy.

There is no "best way to do" answer here. It depends on a lot of factors.
Which coins or tokens are you holding specifically? What's the update on the project? After checking latest updates, is the coin or token still worth holding?
If you are capable of day trading, then you can also do that anytime. If not, then do not bother because the chances of you probably losing is 8 out of 10.

I think holding Altcoin is also a good decision. I can get more profit, and also a profitable way by waiting for a higher price, because seeing the altcoin price situation develops every day.

At some point, it is good to hold and on the other hand it is good to trade. Whether I like it or not, I have to always go in between, hold some coins and trade the rest. In january of 2018 market also was red, btc cost was 17k, market was red, but if you would sold coins then right now you could make x3. So maybe bitcoin in next months drops to 2k and today price will only be i our dreams.

The best choice is holding all coins & tokens with potential future till the market rising. I don't suggest you to sell coins & tokens when the market is still red. As we know that crypto market will rise after decreasing. So, don't worry to hold when crypto is falling down. Day trading is only fit with experienced traders. Actually hold is not good always. Basically at present market condition maximum are doing hold of their tokens. But you can do short trade in market. You can choose best 10-15 alt tokens from market which roadmap is very good and you have to trade carefully in that tokens. I think you will be gainer. But if you hold all your tokens or resources you can not be gainer.

You can`t compare day buying and selling with holding.It`s like comparing apples with bananas. If you don`t have any trading competencies and knowledge and you don`t prefer to take extra risk,obviously you have to choose holding. If you have buying and selling capabilities and you can afford to lose some money, but get profits in the end then day trading is the right choice.
