Title: Need bitcoin control?
Post by: AndrejWarhola on November 14, 2018, 10:51:53 AM
In the foreseeable future, each developed country will create its own crypto currency, provided by the national currency.

How much can this contradict the very idea of Bitcoin as a free, decentralized system?

Need cryptocurrency state control?

I don't think so, every country will still using fiat money for their currency, and forever still using fiat money, I don't know why you really sure if every country wil make their own crypto?

[/quote]Control? I also don't think so, if crypto can controled my the country or anything, that will not named cryptocurrency, because like you know, the character of cryptocurrency is decentralized. And No more reason to control crypto in the world and that never be happen.

Each country have their fiat system which is like their identity and as such launching a cryptocurrency will be in direct conflict with their fiat, with the exception of Venezuela which launched the Petro because their economy is in chaos already.  It will not be necessary for individual countries to launch their cryptocurrency, but control Bitcoin/crypto by way of regulation will be more plausible.

Venezuela is the first one to create their own state owned cryptocurrency but they are still struggling to implement it at the moment. I am not sure if any other country would follow.

I also do not think there is even a need since there are already existing digital cash. It will only complicate things.

There's really a high chance of possibilty that every country will going to creat their own cryptocurrency but just like the others said I think they will remain on fiat money. For me now I changed my mind I think bitcoin really need to be regulated.

If any county will make a national Cryptocurrency it will for sure put a lof or restricts and I am also sure it will not be decentralized, and therefore, there is really no need for it, because it will only be the same as fiat currency but in digital form which defeats the main purpose of Cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin was born with the inherent quality of deregulated digital currency and if any type of control is imposed upon the BTC meaning thereby regulatory control then it will loose its importance.

In as much as I believe that control/regulations will be of immense benefit to Bitcoin technology, I also think that it won't be that easy for bitcoin to controlled.
