I have come across some BH that complain about a BM
I think we should learn more about this problem, BH also can do cheat think in that project to get big payment, that like using many accounts join the airdrop, I find many thing about this but the BH blame the BM and the say the BM is really bad, scams project and etc, but the BM have strong reasons for that problem.
and I wonder, what qualities makes a good BM?
In my mind, good BM is which can manage the project with fair to all BH and working with transparent to the BH, and one more BM should be consistent with what he say at the first time, that like rules announcement, distributions date, stakes and etc, because I see some project change their rules so many times. Because that can mirroring the project look good and promising or no for investment, because a good project come from a good manager, because they manage and promote that project.

Yes this is true about majority of bounty hunters, some of them steal other people's identity and use it for bounty. So yes I do agree with you on this.

Yes it's ! Bounty hunters don't seem to be beggars for the explanation that they're operating for the cash they get as a rewards in connexion bounties. they're sometimes known as beggars as a result of most bounty hunters directly drop their tokens and it's the explanation why investors have gotten mad at them and typically known as them a beggars within the crypto trade

A good bounty manager for me is someone who set out clear, specific and easy to follow rules. I have encountered some that has vague or silent rules and BM defends it by saying "it's implied and does not have to be stated". Another good quality is being approachable or has a team that handles inquiries.

I have also considered the following as qualities of a bounty manager.
1. Knowledgeable -- A good bounty manager should be knowledgeable and understands the goals and priorities of the bounty project.

2.Good Communicator -- Excellent communication skills cannot be overemphasized in bounty management. Effective communication is crucial for making professional presentations to bounty participants.

3.Proactive -- doesn’t wait to take action, is in charge

4.Responsible -- takes responsibility for their actions and outcomes; is accountable to others.

5.Trustworthy -- earns and deserves the trust of participants.

6.Problem Solver -- hustles to find a solution; willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

For me, a good bounty manager is that person who considers stakes always on time, answers all my questions, solves quickly problems if they exist and whose campaigns never have a scam.

There is one or two consistent quality which we all seem to agree on which are, a BM should be able to answer the BH queries in a timely manner and the BM should be transparent in his dealings with the BH. I believe with this two major qualities, campaigns will be easier to choose.

Perhaps someone who also does his or her own research in searching for quality start up projects (referring to third party bounty team). If he/she is lazy or sloppy, all qualities already stated above would be useless if hunters won't get paid in the end.
