I read about two quite big withdrawal happened today from two different exchanges. Of course speculation flock in but the real question is does this withdrawals from "whales" affects bitcoin price?
Here is the link https://zycrypto.com/whale-movement-618-million-worth-of-btc-moved-from-binance-to-unknown-wallet-amidst-crypto-bear-markets/
Would love to know your thoughts on this one.

Now that you know how to cash out Bitcoin using a broker, let me show you how to do it using a peer-to-peer exchange! There are a few to choose from, however, the one I most recommend is Local Bitcoins.

I got confused from your title. I thought 2 BTC for withdrawal fee. This is also related to the speculations I have read earlier.
The reason could well be either of the two as stated in the article:
it could be Binance who only moved the large volume of BTC held on its platform to the cold storage. Another user suggested that it was simply someone buying Bitcoin at a discount from Binance in other to make profits from the investment when a market rebound takes place

Sorry about the tittle confusion, but i was really hoping that binance did just moved it to cold storage. I was thinking that some whales could have been playing with the price. No evidence at all though. i am hopeful for the market recovery ASAP still.

I think if the blockchain showed that the transaction is already confirmed, which means that Binance has transferred coins successfully and cannot do anything to help you. If you still had issues, please negotiate to the owner of destination address.
