Title: This is not the end of bitcoin
Post by: AndrejWarhola on November 16, 2018, 01:17:14 PM
Recently, I have been seeing a small spike in the number of posts about bitcoin prices. Most of them seem to be out of fear bitcoins end.

But I think bitcoin will survive. Here is why I think so.

First let’s take a quick look at the price charts.

Now the prices for BTC is depicted for a day. Seems like BTC is falling fast right?

Now let’s look at another image.

Now this is the price chart of BTC for a month. Doesn’t look that great does it. I mean the prices were volatile and seem to now be falling.

Lets take a look a the last image.

In this image can you spot the fall that easily?
Not really. It does look highly volatile. But then the prices seems to be stabilizing. The spikes seem to be reducing and there seems to be consistency.
The thing is we have looked at bitcoin up close and that’s why we say things like:

Bitcoin prices are falling

Bitcoin down by 20%

Is this the end for Bitcoin

But when we start looking at the bigger picture. We can see that bitcoin has come a long way and the price chart if seen up close might show a trend towards the end. But sometimes the bigger picture needs to be seen. Don’t panic bitcoin still has a lot left. It will keep fighting.

If not the price chart. Think about the fact that countries like the US and India have noticed bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and have planned to provide a verdict. I will admit that it has been delayed but the mere fact that the SEC in the US and the Supreme court in India are providing a verdict means bitcoin might just be a step closer to becoming a global currency.
At least it keeps the Hope alive.

This is just my opinion. I would really like to know about yours.
If I am wrong please prove it to me.
I am always happy to learn more.

Before bitcoin was falling very often and there were even more drops, now the whole market is simply falling due to various negative news, but positive news is expected soon, which should start somehow to contribute to the market and the market will have to start growing.

it is likely that Bitcoin will drop to 3200-3000, but this does not mean that the end has come. Bitcoin is actively buying and volume figures in the graphs speak about it.

although currently the price of bitcoin has dropped again to be lower but that does not mean that this will be the end of bitcoin, bitcoin will definitely be able to survive and will definitely recover soon

Yes it not the ending point of bitcoin. We always assure that bitcoin will regain its market again. So holding and patience is the main target.

It's clearly seen that it's falling and not going to rise in nearest time.
It's predicted that it will lose 50% more of its price till the end of the year..

I don't know what to believe and can't decide if I should continue holding it.

This is very very true, I usually just laugh when I see people panicking and saying that bitcoin would still come to an end, Blockchain technology is here to stay and I doubt a little bear market would change that fact.

understanding the crypto market that is not stable is not easy because we should be able to follow the movements of crypto prices themselves. the unstable crypto market made many people frustrated and eventually gave up with heavy losses. it would be better if we could be more patient to follow the crypto market because I believe that the crypto market will recover.

You're right! This is not the end of bitcoin, people get panic this past few days until now cause bitcoin didn't increase the price, i guess there is a kick back here if the bitcoin will recover the price, so let's be patience and wait what will happen next abd don't panic to sell.

the decline of bitcoin is serious and this makes many crypto holders confused and anxious, but bitcoin will recover because the market still needs them to continue to move

Obviously bitcoin will not expire this year, the decline in bitcoin value does not mean that bitcoin will end and as long as bitcoin is still in exchange then there is no need to worry about bitcoin.

And addition, i personally think that Bitcoin actually started from, say $1 some years back, and it gradually rose to near $20,000 in late 2017, and now that Bitcoin has dropped to it's current price, it does not mean that it cannot rise back to near $19,000 again. I think what is happening is just normal market situation largly due to demand and supply rules. Every crypto enthusiasts will definitely smle again in my opinion. Thank you all.

Although it seems the bitcoin price always drops day to day but I still think it is the process in bearish and someday best price will be back. We cannot hope for the best price during bear market. Of course it will try to more decline. I am still confidence it will rebound someday in this year.

I think bitcoin will not end, because until now there are still a lot of bitcoin holders, because they are still convinced that the bitcoin price will gradually return to normal. Because for those who panic, of course, they will immediately sell the bitcoin, but not with experienced bitcoin holders, they will continue to wait for prices to return to the market.

I am sad to see a bitcoin chart on the market, I have spent a lot of money on bitcoin investment and hope in a few months I can get a lot of profit. I have been holding bitcoin for a year, even though market conditions are getting worse, but I believe this is a challenge for a bright future.

In my opinion, going up or down a coin is a normal thing, indeed that is what should happen in trading, many investors are panicking when the market is down, and with that panic they make the wrong decision in trading.

I don’t believe so, this is not even the worst year Bitcoin has had, 2011 and 2013 were much more brutal than 2018, you’ve seen nothing. Once Bitcoin recovers in price it usually shoots to new highs if we look at its historical record, this bear market looks like a great opportunity to me, if you know any good products in the cryptospace, this is your discount season. Another way we can look at this is how Bitcoin grew almost 3000% in 2017 and only dropped down over 60% this year, compared to it’s growth this pullback isn’t that bad.

I never thought that bitcoin would end. As long as ambition and passion are in humans, the existence of bitcoin will continue. If it has to end, maybe it will only change the name or what. The present situation is part of the dynamics of the bitcoin journey itself. Be patient for the next bitcoin development.

What Bitcoin means to die here is probably because the price of bitcoin never rises, but it tends to fall. But if bitcoin is considered in the real sense, it is lost from circulation. I don't think that will ever happen. Because bitcoin is the king of coins, there are still many who hold and hold on. I think this is indeed called dynamics of market dynamics.

Bitcoin price falling is definitely not the end, rise and fall in the market is normal especially in this crypto market and its the result of the negative news flying around. Bitcoin will rise again and strong too, don't be surprised if it falls deeper than this and begin a drastic and dramatic rise.

It's too early if we think that bitcoin has ended. In my opinion, it is only natural that bitcoin has decreased in price for so long and so much has decreased. Price fluctuations in the market are natural and must indeed occur. And that's what the active market says.

Bitcoin is still the king and the only coin which I would buy for sure even in this bad period... its dominance in crypto market is clear and in next future when prices will rise again I'm quite confident that we will see again a price around 10.000$ at least

It's not the end of Bitcoin. This is a part of every market not just crypto market, any decline in price caused panic but its normal, its just that its taking longer than expected for the price to start rising but it will definitely rise and very soon too.

Well, if we talk about the end of the Bitcoin, I think it will be impossible. I believe that many people still hold the BTC coin and we are hopeful in this coin. We may see that btc is in the very dip price. But, it no needs to think that this is the end. I agree with you that Bitcoin is more than price that is offered. This is the technology and system of cryptocurrency.

A good example of the fact that everything in this world is relative and everything depends on how you look at the situation. But throughout 2018, the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is gradually falling and it’s hard to argue with this, so many of us are in a pessimistic mood. Let's hope that this is the minimum price of Bitcoin and it will continue to grow.

Bull run is not showing soon. The small spike of price is a normal game of the whales. I won't be surprise if sooner the price will raise then will fall drastically. This things is natural movement of the market where whales plays great role.

The value of bitcoin is indeed still small, in the sense that it is compared to the end of 2017. But bitcoin has shown an encouraging movement, which is a little move up. So we have to be grateful that this shows that bitcoin is still there and isn't over.

It was never in my mind that bitcoin was over. It is now the beginning of a difficult time to get up and move up. In recent days bitcoin is in place. in my opinion, this includes the crypto market dynamics which previously moved up and down and in place in the last few weeks. I still believe that bitcoin will still rise again.

Obviously bitcoin will not expire this year, the decline in bitcoin value does not mean that bitcoin will end and as long as bitcoin is still in exchange then there is no need to worry about bitcoin.

Yes, the decline in Bitcoin price is something normal and it also happens on other coins. I am not surprised by this condition, and all people know well it will bounce back to high rates. We must be patient to wait for the best trend on crypto market, then the prices will be good at bullrun.

Where do you even find this news? It sounds like propaganda of dislike for cryptocurrencies and the desire to cause unnecessary sales.
Yeah, it seems like a FUD to make people afraid to buy Bitcoin. But I think it won't make people afraid to invest in more Bitcoin. This coin is already proven for many years, it is also the main coin on crypto, so people will keep it forever.

But the Indian government already said they would like to ban Bitcoin on their country and prevent its citizen
from using it. I don't really know how would they ban Bitcoin but good luck to them if they can do that. Anyways
Bitcoin is performing very well this point of time while typing this and the bear market already ended. The Bull
market is now on its way to soar high again.

Just forget the bad price of Bitcoin in November 2018. Now, in November 2019, the Bitcoin price looks much better at $9,322 [current price]. At the end of 2018, the market was in bearish but it is improving now. I guess Bitcoin price will rise more along with the recovery of crypto market.

The price of Bitcoin will continue to change from time to time, and when prices go down, many people panic, but when prices go up many Bitcoin holders are happy.  This means that the price of Bitcoin is volatile and can change at any time, no need to worry too much about the decline in the price of Bitcoin. Just look now, a pretty good change compared to the price of Bitcoin in 2018 ago.

Changes like this will continue to happen from time to time, Bitcoin will still be there and its value will continue to change.  And the change will be very difficult to predict, even by an expert. And this is not the end of Bitcoin, because Bitcoin will continue to exist and grow.

It is always interesting to read old price forecasts, especially when they are given during a long fall in the cryptocurrency market. We see that during this time another year has actually passed and nothing bad in terms of price has occurred on the cryptocurrency market. On the contrary, Bitcoin has solidified in its price and there are no concerns about its decline. Now we even expect its possible further growth.

Has just started?? Bitcoin has already been 10 years since Satoshi created it. However, Bitcoin still doesn't meet its goal as global digital money. The adoption is still growing and considering by many countries. But it is not bad news, it is normal. It needs a lot of time to reach the goal.
