What do you think about XRP which is now ranked second. Will the XRP always be the second forever?
Because honestly I was very surprised to see the third ETH rating now

Is this your first time seeing Eth ranked as third on coinmarketcap? It has happened before and if I am not mistaken, this is already the third time Ripple has overtaken Ethereum. Anyway, I do not think XRP will maintain that position for long.

I know ripple is potential but in terms of forever it is no way. It is the same with ethereum that looks like couldn't be move in rank #2 but now we can see it in rank #3. Changes is constant and almost everything in crypto is possible such as profit, lose, scam, issues, and etc.

Ripple might enjoy the second position for sometimes, I believe ethereum will bounce back with style and I hope bull market will start soon

It is not surprising that XRP replaced ETH on market cap. I think this is temporal as ETH will pick up for it has happened before.

this is not the first time xrp is ranked second, but I think someday ethereum will catch up again won't be long in my opinion, I hope ethereum can get back up and be able to maintain its position again

There are multiple times that XRP overtook Ethereum in the 2nd spot on coin market cap and this scene is not new but I highly doubt that Ripple will be able to maintain number two position on top capitalization for a long period of time.

For now, I think ethereum is ranked third. Ripple has overtake ethereum. I see ripple is doing well on the market now.

They often share the second place. Therefore, there is nothing surprisingly absolute. So do not worry. Today is ETH on the second tomorrow on the third. This is normal.

I would rank it 2ndor even 1st now as BTC is in very ban state.

I'm not surprised to see ethereum dropping to 3rd place, at least eth is still ranked as the 10th best coin in the whole world,
this is what happened and I still believe eth will rise to 2nd place

For the fact that ETH is ranked third in position and ripple occupying the second position does not mean ripple will maintain the second position forever, ETH will definitely come back to take his place again

I was also quite surprised by moving the ethereum position to third but at least ethereum was still in the top rank and I still believe it, I believe ethereum will take its position again.

At present the ethereum position has been shifted by ripple in the CMC rank. Maybe it's because prices from ethereum tend to decline, so investors start switching to other cryptocurrency. And at the same time the ripple volume increases because the price is still low for investment.

This could happend if the Ethereum price continues to drop. I think BCH will surpass Ethereum if this will not perform well in the market and some investors starting to regret their investment.

Honestly speaking, i was totally dumbfounded when i saw this on coinmarketcap. I could hardly believe it. I never had an inkling whatsoever that something like this will happen. Seeing this for the first time, gives me the chills and to think that i strongly believed in this coins potentials. Whatever happened to the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA)? What are they planning to do about this? Lets just hope that sooner than later, it can reclaim its standing and attest once again to the crypto world that Ethereum is most certainly the future of blockchain technology.

Yes I see etheruem is ranked third now. But I believe ethereum will overtake ripple soon. Ethereum is more potential.

It's just because of the present market. You can't compare ripples with eth. Eth will soon overtake

it looks like ethereum only while in position 3 will return to position 2 again, XRP is indeed very potential so that it can seize the position of ethereum on the market. i was also surprised when the ethereum position was replaced by XRP,
i think this current XRP position is only temporary, possibly in the future the position will return to ethereum.

I wasn't surprised at all, if you are actually following the trend of the bear market, you may are agree with me that Ethereum is facing serious competition on the smart contract and the Dapp (decentralized applications) with many projects like EOS, and NEO etc, and it's recent price slump at the past 12days has been reflecting; even at the coinmarketcap ranking. I just hope it recover fast to boost it users cofidence.

Yes, I was surprised to see ethereum position is ranked third. but this open the first ripple is ranked two, but I hope the ethereum back to the second position.

Yes ethereum is third largest cryptocurrency in cryptomarket I don't expect this down. In these days Ripple performance is better than ethereum but it's just short term because ethereum will rise again suddenly.

yeah, we'll see how it will develop in the future.
we don't know how in the future, i also initially believed that ethereum would return to its position. but lately ethereum is very difficult to rise. hopefully in the future there will be good news to push ethereum back into its position.

Although ranking is there for a purpose but i does not think eth being third is a big problem and eth is third now does not mean that it will be there forever dropping down might also be good so the eth team will know they need to buck p to get back their status.

i think the big reason that make the ETH go to third position in the market that is decline of the market, exacly the bitcoin drop deeply price.
when the market rise, i believe the ETH can take the second in cmc

Although ranking is there for a purpose but i does not think eth being third is a big problem and eth is third now does not mean that it will be there forever dropping down might also be good so the eth team will know they need to buck p to get back their status.
Even if Ethereum is at third place on capitalization, Ethereum's volume is two times higher than Ripple and
this is a good sign that even Ethereum price has dropped a lot it is still used by more people in the crypto
world.

Yes it's trade volume is higher than Ripple trade volume it very big different . Few weeks ago Ethereum already dropped third rank in coinmarketcap but it recovered very quickly but this time it's maintaining for few days . I think this is just few days ethereum will rise again soon.
