1. No app that links bank account instantly
2. No 'address book' or facility to pay people via username
3. No billion dollar company to spend funds on advertising
Apart from that a service like change tip would work great. as it has the facility to buy coin using debit cards etc.. it just needs tweaking to be more user friendly to send people funds without pressing lots of buttons. Maybe change tip(social media integration), coin-base/circle(funding accounts), bit go (secure transactions) all club together to make a user friendly app that can fund an account in seconds and able to move funds via qr code or social media username securely and fast.
But then again, I am going to expect a bit of rage from the block-stream camp who don't want users to buy small amounts of bitcoin and transact small amounts on bitcoins block-chain.

To an increasing number of people, that promise means nothing. After all, fiat currencies are not backed by any tangible assets. You can’t return the currency to the government in exchange for a bar of gold or silver, a can of beans, a pack of cigarettes, or any other items that might have value to you.
