I think crypto prices are not very low nowadays. Most of them have improved quite significant, so the prices should be already higher. But I agree if this time is still good time to invest. It is not too late to buy coins for investment.

Personally I think the time to buy was during the past 3 months between $3,100 and $4,100, ideally averaged out if you were lucky. Buying now while the Daily RSI is currently the most overbought it has been since December 2017 is incredibly risky, even if it can move higher. Now is the time when people who laddered into the lows between 3-4k are selling profits, not buying in my opinion.
Traders will only be longing the breakout of the current micro-pattern and/or waiting for finding support between $4,200 and $4,400. Tone Vays has sold his swing trader position and is now in a short from $5,300, which should suggest that others are going short at the moment not long.
Then again, if you are dollar cost averaging (time based averaging) then it's always a good time to buy ;)
