Title: Are You Becoming A Slave To Crypto?
Post by: PRIBO247 on November 20, 2018, 04:53:44 PM
I use to spend like 7-8 hrs online without pause sometimes. When I am online, I lost count of things and those around me. But I have discovered that, except I stop and try to regulate   my time doing crypto, I will end up doing more harm than good. Now I am trying to change!  ;) Were you like me?

Slave is a little bit hard and accusing kind of word to describe crypto lovers. Most of the investors came here to stay. They started investing when they saw the opportunity - the money - but they are not leaving because they have seen the capability of the tech.

Mate you are missing the point here. I am talking about the amount of time spent online. Most people try to regulate their time and spend only 2hrs while others like me spend much longer. It is not a good thing. I am trying to say that we should learn to regulate our time and not allow crypto occupy us and leave no room for other things.

You are making your money and not working for crypto or any one as the profit goes to your pocket and if it is lost you bear it alone too and not crypto so you are not a slave no matter what , it all depend on you how you relate with your family and frds but surely you need to work hard to make them proud of you too, and if you working for someone remember the working hours will be strictly for business not family so take the time online as normal work time and the rest of hour to family and other things in life, and more so trading is much getting easy now as you can set stop lost and sell other when not online , so just relax and schedule your time .

Maybe what you meant is "Are You Becoming Addicted To Crypto? Being a slave is like being forced to do things. That is not the case for me. If you think what you are doing is no longer productive, then you can probably consider yourself as a slave.

Becoming a slave to crypto is like doing anything for crypto. Yes, some spend more time on their screen than do some other physical activities but I would not call them becoming slave.

It's more like becoming a slave to bounty programs.
It's annoying to get rewarded with peanuts which turn to almost nothing by the time the token hits exchanges.
It's frustrating .

It is true that if we as daily traders, we have to spend a lot of time continuously monitoring the price movements in the market and if we work as hunter bounties or gifts we only need free time to work not full time

This is a better description  ;D
It does feel frustrating not to get paid or get paid less after months of work. The good thing atleast is that you can choose to quit a campaign at anytime and you can also choose the time you want to work.

I am also like you I also daily spend 8-10 hrs in searching about crypto currencies and doing bounties as well in this time. I won't say I wasted my time. I can say by devoting that much time in the crypto world I earned good money from here as compare to all my past online earnings. Crypto is my best decision till date and I will stick with crypto world because I know tough time will pass sooner or later then market will be on the right track again.

I had become. And I've been checking the news throughout this year. However, with the recent crash I decided to move everything to my Ledger, and I will check it at least 5 months later. I believe there will be good things(ETF, Bakkt, etc.), but I'm not expecting them very soon.

basically, besides we have to be able to manage our crypto assets well, we also must be able to manage our time well. don't let us ignore the people around us. if we can use the crypto well then we will also get the benefit from it.

There is such a thing because I do a lot of bounties and it takes several hours in a day and this is repeating every day, thus I became a slave to a cryptocurrency in a sense.

I probably am becoming a slave, but I think in the years to come after the knowledge I would of gained, and the investments I would of made, I will grateful for the time I dedicated to the Bitcoin space. I'm looking forward to the bottom and long period of consolidation to dollar cost average chronologically, at a point where I'd probably be a bit bored due to complete lack of volatility as the price eventually stabilizes.

Then when the bull run comes back I'm sure I'll be dedicating my time back to the crypto space in many creative way!

Doing cryptocurrencies is addictive in a way not intended so. However once you noticed that you give more time in crypto than your family, I think you should pause to found out the much beneficiary things. To keep on tract to all of your life is good as long as you can.

If you want to make crypto as your main job a 7-8 hrs is normal for a full-time job but if you are doing crypto as a side income using 7-8 hrs is too much. For me as i cannot find a job at the moment i invest most of my time in doing crypto job like bounty and i am using 4-5hrs everyday

I think we are not slaves because we spend a lot of time at Crypto investing and doing prize campaigns. By investing we can make the market grow. And by doing a bounty campaign, we help the project to get investors. And this is mutually beneficial work.

The word "slave" I think is too low to use and very badly impressed. Problems using time, you can share your time for family, real work, friends, or for crypto. And what you consider important in your life, then you can spend more time on it.

Because by monitoring the price of Bitcoin and altcoins it is not enough for about 1 hour.

would be an affordable factor once it encountered plenty of individuals hand over for now. conditions on the crypto crashed whereas this so makes unhealthy things enclosed within the ICO. plenty of that went into this huge and once crypto time encounters this condition then please be suggested once several are disenchanted and leave. however if you'll keep then it'd be higher as a result of crypto isn't finished With the autumn within the value of bitcoin and every one different cryptocurrencies, it becomes troublesome to create a fast profit, however all ways that of earning remained within the same place. It became laborious for miners, however not speculators. Even during a falling market, several are ready to create a giant profit. however there are fewer faux comes, and people WHO wanted to develop the blockchain within the chosen field and work. it's become far more troublesome to draw in investments, several investors are radio-controlled by bitcoin, forgetting regarding different comes and opportunities.

hmm. Crypto is a time - consuming process. As for me, I don't spend much time on crypto daily. I've known from the start crypto is going to be a long-term investment for me.  8) So, I hodl some MGO, CAT, MTK and other tokens. I know it will bring some satoshi in the future. So I'm holding  ::)

Spending most of ones time doing bounty tasks and at the end of the day when you received your reward ,you found out that it's too meager to even pay the most minor bill you have.......that is slavery to me.
It's working like an elephant and earn like an ant.
If it is not slavery , I don't know what is again.

ooohh, that's not a good thing, man. Don't be a crypto slave

It's not good if you spend most of your time for playing crypto.
In my opinion, you've just wasted valuable time, the results obtained are not much.
There are so many people out there who only have 1 hour of activity, but get more results much more than playing crypto for a day long.

I really agree if you regulate your time allocation.
Just do the more important things, and don't be a crypto slave 😁👍

Cryptocurrency should be fascinating.  However, we should not depend on it. Everything should be in moderation. We live in our physical world and most of the time must be devoted to it. However, each has its own concept of the normal amount of time that can be devoted to cryptocurrency.
