Most of African countries are still underdeveloped with limited technology in these countries in Africa. One of the major problem is internet accessibilty and affordability. Crypto will thrive very well if the problem of internet is fixed in such areas because it will generate more hob opportunities for the younger generation and boost the economy as well.
-
I still believe in all developing countries, Africa has a lot of crypto projects this year, Africunia Bank is one example where they adopt a digital payment system, use cryptocurrency and make it easy for everyone who wants to make payments traditionally on their platforms. and many crypto exchanges have emerged there, educational platforms with crypto payment methods, this is the future of crypto and the internet will still reach all people around the world in various ways, without having to look back.
-
It depends on the projects which aims to do better things in Africa. It is'nt related with the tech in Africa, it is related with the fiat, since they need to withdraw fiat money if they want to use it.
-
Crypto is already surviving in Africa, people of Africa are getting engage in crypto. Problem of internet might not hinder the survival of crypto in africa
-
Yes cryptocurrency will survive in Africa, currently there are so many adopters of crypto and some government have also welcome the idea.
-
I do not see any reason why cryptocurrency will not survive there. Of course, there are roadblocks for sure like good internet accessibility or even electricity but that does not prevent a lot of African crypto traders and investors. Adoption will take a longer time than those in more advance countries but crypto will survive in Africa.
-
everything is evolving, so such things as internet problems, lack of smartphones, knowledge of the users, etc will be solved in time...
Africa is maybe the part of the world where crypto is most needed and where it will be easier to implement once the other problems are solved...
But blockchain will bring a lot of pain to those african rich people that rule and "enslave" the others... so not sure if it will be that easy...
A lot of projects are aiming at Africa... hope they can bring some light on that poor land
-
The possibility can develop, provided there are adequate facilities and infrastructure and technology that can be used there is adequate. I think that in the future Crypto will be more developed and more advanced in Africa. Because indeed most countries in Africa still cannot be accessed by technology and also good facilities and infrastructure.
-
Yes, cryptocurrency will survive in Africa.
But before that, there is the need to introduce models in the blockchain technology that can bring value to the daily activities of the public.
This way adoption rate would increase.
-
In Somali they have something like libertarian state, and crypto enthusiasts love libertarians, so they perfect for each other
-

-
Yes, crypto can survive in Africa if we continue to campaign for cryptocurrency until get into the heart of the masses in order to know the importance and impact it will create in the society and that it will create more opportunity.
-
Well, Cape Town can have crypto success.
-
Truly Africa used to be the last in adopting new things in the world and there is nothing more than that level in which their leader are and making no provision for their citizen to advance or create new innovation, but most of the African citizen in develop countries are so great and very active when it come to technology , but I think Africa will be great in cryptocurrency too as we have see many of the country in line with cryptocurrency and the little among them are very excited to be part of the omgreat technology and will surely make it known to others.
-
I believe cryptocurrency will be universally adopted. I am an African and I believe in the digital currency..crypto will survive for sure in Africa
-
Crypto can be very useful in countries like in Africa when banking system is less developed and less used compared to Europe or U.S.A.. It can have a big boost if people will begin to use crypto as form of payment for goods and services.
-

I think Crypto need internet accessibility for transactions. So, I dont believe It will survive in africa. It is my opinion.
-
Yes, i think crypto has great future in Africa, though there seem to be limited access to internet facilities in most part of the continent but, in few years from now, these areas will have the needed internet coverages to welcome crypto development.
-
A lot of activity comes from Africa in the field of cryptocurrency, many companies create their projects there and also a lot of African people work with cryptocurrency, so I think that everything will be fine there.
-
I believe that many more persons will began to adopt cryptocurrency in Africa, and in as much as cryptocurrency exists, so will it exist in Africa.
-
Africa is huge land with many country, as it now people in africa only few of it but can make change in ekonomi in that continal, you can image if whould people in africa know about crypto,

I hope blockchain will help them to have more control and freedom of managing their money. I worked with blockchain project, which based in Cape Town, they are really good in what they doing.
-
In Africa most countries there are still no technologies that support the existence of Cryptocurrency. Therefore in my opinion this will be able to inhibit Crypto growth in this African Continent. If seen also the people are still relatively primitive and still blind to technology, so this will be more difficult and even impossible Crypto will develop there.
-
Maybe my estimate of Crypto in Africa will not develop as fast as in Europe and Asia. Because I see that Africa is a continent that is less developed and developed, and its people do not understand technology. This will complicate crypto development there.
-
I can't guarantee that. Maybe Crypto can survive in Crypto in Africa. But it cannot develop better as in Asia. Because on the other hand in Africa are less developed continents and most of the people are still primitive and still not familiar with technology. so I myself cannot guarantee Crypto will develop there.
-
I believe crypto is successful only for developed countries because its useless if introduce to undeveloped countries which have a very poor in terms of internection since this is the number one requirement considering that all transactions can be made using digital connections
-
Probably not. Crypto will not survive longer in Africa. Because in Africa there are so many countries and people who are not yet developed and are still technologically blind. Therefore this is the biggest and most basic obstacle to this problem, so in my opinion it will not progress.
-
Certainly it will be as long as there is a business and some hard work. Because in Africa it is famous for its not good environment and inadequate technology that is there. So of course it will require hard work and can also develop technology there slowly and introduce crypto so crypto can advance there.
-
In some countries in Africa Crypto is more popular compared to a lot of countries in Europe or Asia. In Africa, there is a lot of restricts when it comes to online money, and Crypto was the solution for them. Cryptocurrency not requiring a high-speed internet to function, most of Afric countries already have internet but not a top quality which is not a big deal with all the lite wallets provided from almost every coin.
-
All countries in the world have the right to progress in cryptocurrency.
Including Africans who are in development, if you look then Binance has opened a branch Exchange in Uganda.
-
I think crypto will survive in Africa if the Government provide the adequate technology and knowing fully that they will benefit from the crypto revolution, by seeing the needs to make it easier to buy , store and trade crypto, if they put things in order the future of crypto could be africa
-
It’s hard to expect wide cryptocurrency adoption in a continent where a significant percentage of the population do not have bank accounts, but several indications show that cryptocurrencies will survive in Africa. First, the fact that more than 40 percent of adults actively use mobile money and P2P payment systems in most parts of Africa indicate that low usage of bank accounts isn’t mainly a technology issue. Second, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are already achieving wide appeal in several African countries, In Zimbabwe, a country that experienced a currency crisis that saw its economy collapse, citizens turned to cryptocurrencies as a store of value, and the African nation once had the highest Bitcoin prices in the world.
-
For sure crypto will survive in Africa if the Government provide the adequate technology and knowing fully that they will benefit from the crypto revolution, by seeing the needs to make it easier to buy , store and trade crypto, if they put things in order the future of crypto could be africa
-
In africa ???
I don't really know but if africa keep still like this, maybe bitcoin in africa is hard to survive.

Crypto is need internet connections. If the country dont have good internet connections, I think.Crypto can survive in there.
-
Yes. Crypto will sure survive in Africa without a shadow of a doubt.
The underdevelopment of Africa cannot be used as a yard stick for measuring the survival or otherwise of cryptocurrency .
-
Africa already has the best crypto exchange. There are many projects and it ends successfully. I don't think the internet can hinder the development of crypto in Africa. We have to be proud of more countries that want to develop cryptocurrency.
-
Most of the African countries are underdeveloped and living below the poverty level. There internet capacity is very poor and people don't have capacity to bear internet costs. If internet is available with low cost to the people of underprivileged area, then crypto can change their life style and thinking about the financial freedom.

-
The distribution of the Internet in Africa is very uneven, the coastal countries benefit from this plan. Accordingly, it is Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa, Kenya, Morocco. In other countries, things are worse and the Internet is expensive. They do not find it difficult to conclude that the development of blockchain technologies will develop primarily in these countries. Let's hope they pull their poorer neighbors with them.
-
Yes crypto survive in Africa. With availability and popularity of internet how can Africa disconnected with it . If a project is launched it means there is a possibility of growth.
-
Yes and Im sure of it , most of the companies in other countries will find their country and they will see an opportunity. And of course they can handle the problem on their own as well.

I understand where you come from but i think if someone find African country is profitable crypto adopters big whales will want to tap into the countries regardless of the technology advancement with more workload impose on them.
-
Obviously if projects will be genuine they will most probably survive whether there are some internet issues because those who wants to adopt crypto they can arrange the internet anyhow or move to that place where internet is available. I believe cryptos has huge probabilities in africa to boost their economy whereas majority of the people are not using banks. Ultimately I can say crypto will flourish quite well in africa.
-

I think crypto will make it all over the world not just Africa, i see an article that Nigeria is one of the leading countries when we talk about bitcoin holding.

It is true, crypto has been widespread around the world. For sure, it will survive not only in Africa but also it continues the existence in the world as a whole. Africa is only a part of various locations in the world that will let crypto to survive.
-
Yes we do understand the situation about Africa but definitely they will accept these new technologies if they will see how wonderful the usage or utility of these currencies are. Let us not be so negative about it.
-

I doubt about that. Because cryptocurrency need internet conection. I think In several city in Africa doesnot have Internet connection.
-
i thinks it willy totally depends on africans that how the project works in africa and how the peoples there are involved in that project. so make a good project in africa it will definitly gives you a better result.
-
Most of countries in Africa have still many problems, but I think it will change in next few years. They will eventually catch up the rest of the world. If crypto will survive to this time, it will be in Africa too.
-
I agree with your assertions that bitcoin would survive in Africa is internet accessibility factor is improved on.
Aside internet accessibility, another factor is awareness creation and education on how bitcoin works.
-
Africa is one of the continents with most developing countries but that does not dispute the fact that many Africans now are IT inclined. kubitx is an African based crypto project and still making all the possible measures to make that project a success. I do not know of many African countries but by far I know most countries have access to internet Connectivity.

If Africa continent survive, crypto will survive in Africa. So it is not a time focus question. Crypto can eliminate African' deprived people's problem if it can be properly utilized.
-
Of course crypto will survive in Africa given an enabling environment such as internet access and affordability.
Once this two are in place crypto is bound to survive in Africa.
-
well yes as long people in Africa supports cryptos it will survive for long and I'm sure crypto users in Africa will increase.
