Most mobile phones on the market today come from the Asia Pacific. Either a mobile phone maker in the region manufactured it, or it was assembled in a manufacturing hub. As you are probably aware, the major manufacturing hubs in the region of China and Taiwan.

blockchain-based phones either has a connection to functional lineage or goes beyond it. Obviously, the first batch of these devices will target those in the cryptocurrency world.
