Title: Post Counter Reset Time?

Does anyone know what time does the post counter resets? Just today my post count is 18 (plus 1 after this post) but I already got a 25 Badge (too active, 25 Posts in one day). Can Admin or anyone knowledgeable explain how did this happen? Is the reset time base on the last time we logged in?

Signed in:11 AM Forum time
Total Posts: 10

Today's Log:
Signed in: 7 AM Forum time
Posts from 7 to 11AM: 15

Result: 25 Posts in One day Badge

Is that how it works?
