As a trader being under pressure is almost a certainty. You might be engaged in a trade and then suddenly, the position is closed without warning or suddenly giving into impulse buying without thinking. So how can one manage at such a time? Please suggestions needed.

As a trader i do have this at times, i think the only thing that you can do is to calm yourself down by not executing revenge trade and act on impulse keep telling yourself market is always there you are not gambling, i am investing i cannot buy out of nowhere.

When I saw the revenge trade statement I could not help but laugh...sorry about that. But the truth is, it takes maturity not to engage in revenge trade.

It takes training to achieve this, this kind of skills will not just come that, self-control is one of the much skill when trading, I learned self-control from poker so ya I learned it from the best, all I can say is that you need experience and training, this skill can not just be gained from reading or from someone telling you what to do.

The solution is "don't pull the trigger if you don't know your target."
Simply a waste of time, money, and whatever you give into trading.
Don't practice this kind of habit because it wouldn't help you to earn but will make you poor. Analysing is required to put your business under your control.

Actually fomo (the fear of losing out) is a real threat because it is human nature. Acquiring the ability to be calm at such a time comes through much practice.

All novice traders are subject to impulse purchases, it is quite natural. Only in time will you gain experience and be more judicious in trading. Train to trade on demo accounts, it will help you to better understand the crypto market and the laws by which it exists.

You need to have some trading strategy, future vision. But profit will come only with experience.
