Title: Silent Notary (SNTR) presents an impressive CIL project which revives the market

I know only a few projects whose token didn't fall too much compared to the price for ico and one of such project is Silent Notary. I know because of red market it's difficult to find a promising project cuz they are red too. But here it's easier cuz it's not about the hype of price, it's about finished product. And I'll recommend you to pay attention on SNTR.
