The number of ICO on Ethereum is rising in an exponential wave. Those ICOs are collecting a huge number of Ethereum that people needs to buy making the price of ethereum rise. Then when the ICOs finished collecting it, they need to sell it in order to have fund for their project, making the price of Ethereum go down.
As there are more ICOs created than finished, price of Ethereum is in a Status Quo and may even go lower a bit.
As soon as ICOs Boom is finished, you can expect to see Ethereum price going really high.

I think that the founders of IСO will find a way to resume their activities. Maybe they will be registered in countries where this is allowed. And the price of ETH will go up

There are more and more adoptions ongoing everywhere. Look forward to the move to $400.

well today the price is 370 USD. I am sure this time it will boom :) :)

It is already above 400, around 418 USD now. So, there is no reason that it should stay low.

I wonder thesame. It does actually but it's not been able to sustain it and rally to $400. But with its current trend. Maybe before 2017 ends.

In 2018 newyear. ETH will reach $500 after many ICO last year 2017 close. ETH to the mars . great time to buy more

Ethereum price already breaks out to more than $418 and we can see more than $500 before this year ends. The bullish price to ETH is green because is one of the coin with most mass adoption.
The $400 is still a small value compared to its use case

this will be possible if some less potential altcoins fall down and bitcoin deflate. thats my opinion for that

first reason according my experience why the price ethereum more crazy that before...because many of project has cooperate with ethereum blockchains and using ethereum platform. Besides that the sistem ethereum very simple and low fee transaction...
