The market we all know is red yet more and more new projects are been launched daily, but why are more projects coming when we have many projects on ground already, including the bear market?

Some projects are coming out basically because of greed, they want to have their own coin, while others are to solve some of the problems we encounter daily.

why do many new projects come out? maybe from our side we are always lacking in technology. there are probably a lot of projects that are almost similar from the previous projects because there are disadvantages of old projects and some are innovating to be better

I'm not sure the project will succeed when the bear market. how can they get investors when the market is down? that is a bad idea.

Most of them are scam. The project wouldn't have a specific aim for been created all they wanted is to show off that they also have their crypto coin(shit coin) which will vanish from the marketing within a short period of time. Yes, there are many ICOs that have advantages over others. Also, despite the facts that many ICOs are scam, i think there are still many sectors of the econmy where there may be Initial coin offering(ICOs) through the blockchain that actually needed a new start up development.

crypto is a new thing for some people and they are free to put their ideas into projects and ICO even though they don't know what to do after that. gradually the project and ICO will be better and better quality according to the demands of the user

You're correct about that and most of them just wanted to sip out money from investors but some legitimate crypto
projects take this bearish market as an opportunity to attract investors to invest in them while the market is on this
