The current market for security token offering is huge, estimates projecting market cap around $24 trillion in November 2018 compared to Initial Coin offerings.

Given the dismal token sale of various ICOs, there is a possibility that STOs might actually replace ICO fundraising. I think it is more attractive to private and accredited investors.

Maybe it will happen, because ICO`s companies that make ICO can easily collect money and just disappear, but with STO it is much more difficult to do it, so most likely it will be so.
