For me it is okay to do bounty even if the market isn't in a good situation as long as the bounty project pay you and not waste of time, it's good to collect some coin/token while the prices still cheap to be ready for bull or for the price goes up.

i dont see bounties been affected by bear markets because most of them do not pay early and even if they do pay most are not on exchange yet therefore no transactions would be made until exchange and by then the market would have stabilized

In the respect of topic, bounty is still good if you lay your hands/investments into a concretized project that has come to stay. Lots of ICO projects today only comes to take peoples hard earned money and disappear. Bad conditions have started from June 2018 and now it is in horrible position. Most of the bounty hunters are now keeping away theirselves from bounty. They don't pay except from few projects, that are worthless. But i think it is not a solution to keep away form bounty, rather we should promote as much as possible to recover from the situation.

I support your way. I also think if we are better to reduce the number of bounties that we participate. There were too many bounties ended with scam issues or paid the participants with inappropriate amount of rewards. To be more selective is better than just wasting our time participating in worthless bounties.

Bounties are good earn money but the current situation not good for bounties because many bounties are waste of time they are not paying bounty rewards and many bounties are paused but some best bounties are running properly but we must hold bounty rewards until market recover.
