Title: Buonty hive platform started with KYC

Since yesterday Bounty hive started collaboration with Civic, project that assures KYC process in one click.
So Bounty hunters have to be verified before submit own work.
My issue is due to Civic app that doesn't close my KYC process after months, notwithstanding tickets opened with support.

Do you have the same problem?

I had to load the documents 3 or 4 times, but eventually worked. I think it's a good idea and the number of multiple accounts will decrease.
