Now Ripple is leading the marketcap over bitcoin .It has now huge volume. I think XRP is a great platform and own technology so that it can carry this volume.It is now so stable and also watchful volume ,ethereum is not in near of it.I think Ripple will lead with second position.

In the coming days, ethereum may not succeed in driving out ripple from its second place in terms of capitalization. However, after a certain time, ethereum will do it all the same. Now ripple has a capitalization of 14.9 billion dollars, and ethereum - 12.1 billion dollars. This is not so much for ethereum and this coin will return its position, especially if the planned improvements will be implemented in it.

I don’t think so, ripple currently had a bigger volume than ETH and can keep this top 2nd place. XRP is a sleep giant and now with many cooperate with big financial organizations, sure ripple will fly higher

I’m afraid that ETH is gaining movement for its fork in January, this is a big upgrade for ETH and for sure ETH will take back the second throne from Ripple after that fork

It's posible but not in few days,ripple now have a great community support and the team make an incredible job on this market, will be hard but ethereum will have a chance to comeback on the second place when all the improvements of the platform platform are finish.

Nowadays Ripple performance is very well in cryptomarket because Ripple is trying maintaining the second place it's growth is much better than ethereum . At the moment Ripple 24hours growth is +12.03% compared with ethereum it's quite high. although I believe in ethereum technology so it will over take to Ripple again.

Yes I see ripple is the second position now.. Ripple XRP is very potential and good for short term. I have used it for day trading.

Ripple is not yet leading the entire cryptocurrencies. The #2 position is enough tag name as potential but it doesn't mean leading bitcoin too. The reign of bitcoin is still the same it is the only constant thing in crypto market.

It's definitely clear that because Ethereum is real decemtralized and the price increase is always a big effect on all ERC20 tokens.
But the effect of all that is if Bitcoin goes down then the price of Ethereum will drop so sharply.

ripple was defeat ethereum 2 time in this year. But my prediction ethereum will be back at 2nd ig ethereum grow faster than ripple.

Ethereum and Ripple both are good Coins but both are different technologies , although ethereum and Ripple are fighting Coins at the moment they are fighting to second place I think ethereum has more strongest platform than Ripple so ethereum will rise again.

all ETHs have shifted XRP from 2nd place, now on capitalization to 2nd place ETH, but I think that after fork ETH will again decrease it and XRP will again move to 2nd place.

Maybe when writing this thread Ripple is ranked 2 and now Ethereum is ranked 2 in Coinmarketcap.
I can't speak anything because this is cryptocurrency, if there is a FOMO then all the money will move to one destination.

Now ethereum was grow up faster, so ethereum now was back on 2nd place. Ethereum can't defeat again in many months letter, it will be beat ripple again when ethereum dump again after bull run.

In the past few weeks, ripple position on the second on the marketcap but was not able to maintain the position since ethereum is suddenly increasing its price. I think if ripple will go into even $10 it could lead to second position and could maintain to that level.

Ethereum has defeated Ripple for almost a month. I think it will continue to stay at second place. But I think it is not bad position for Ripple at third place. Ethereum looks like stronger and more stable at second place. I think it is because of the constantinople hard fork.
