What solution is to be taken from copy and paste users on this board? What action should be taken with admins to take care of this issue? Before it becomes worst and un controllable.

It's ironic that you are asking this very question. I got curious why you got a -karma so I checked the thread where plagiarists are reported and guess what? You are on that list. Before asking for the solution, you should not be part of the problem first.
