Title: Malaysia Plans Cryptocurrency Regulations

The chairman of Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), Tan Sri Ranjit Ajit Singh, said that SC is working on "relevant regulations and guidelines" for functional use cases of digital assets. These include "secondary market trading of established cryptocurrency and digital assets"

Many countries are now working on regulation of cryptocurrencies but regulation seems not the issue but adoption of the system itself. How would they regulate it? Is it on ICOs .

Crypto currency can not be regulated. It's just a formality. In practice, it is very difficult to influence the Crypto currency
