Title: Is Solidity only based for ETH token developers?

Solidity, as I read from the forum its a program for ETH token developers. Is it only for ETH based tokens or it can be used by other tokens away from ETH and smart contract technology?

Solidity is the language used on the Ethereum blockchain, so in answer to your question - yes.

CBF
