As the forum grows many of the members here are getting eager to rank up easier by posting copied content
and the worst of it some of them getting positive karma on it, which they never deserved.

a child board of decentralized team, a sections for reporting plagiarizers and spammers and by reporting you can be awarded a positive karma.

Try to look for nice/long posts or replies on different section especially altcoins discussion (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=48.0) maybe it is a copied content.
then paste it on google or in this plagiarism checker > https://smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/
I recommend it to all of you because it is better than google search and it can accommodate 1000 words per search
just put the text here then click "check plagiarism"

Yes please. I also encourage everyone to help report plagiarist. You'll get +Karma from me as well.
I have my own way of checking copied content using google search. I can probably increase my efficiency with the plagiarism checker you shared so +1 for that.

I believe they are aware that they are being reported and getting -karma in the process but they do not fear it. They simply give +karma to each other so they won't be disqualified from bounty campaigns.
Unfortunately, even those managing the bounty campaigns does not visit the plagiarism board. If they do, they just allow these plagiarists.
If atleast 20 Sr. members (and above) would help punish them, they'll probably stop their act.

It is a quite good tool to check plagiarism. Easy to use and can accommodate around 1000 words. I also use it for instant plagiarism checking.

We need more team members to cooperate in reporting plagiarism and contribute to give them negative karmas. I'm surprised to see their positive karmas, since at previous they got some negative karmas.

Do we even have community members here who are part of the bounty team? Reporting plagiarists to them is also another way to stop them.

Yes there are. EmoneyABC (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=2563) and Mnixxo (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=5616) are examples of running a bounty group.
I believe they are very much active here, just not sure if they're visiting the plagiarism board. Reporting plagiarists to them might actually help.

I think you haven't seen the number of plagiarized posts on different boards yet and the number of times we have raised the issue plagiarism. Admin may have already something in mind.
The suggestion was a closed section/board, only a few members who are willing to counter karma farming will be able to access it. So don't expect any spam or low quality posts there if it will be granted.

I tried searching using this and it marked them all unique but upon further review, I found out that that it was still a plagiarized comment. So I suggest not to totally depend on this.

This is good suggestion to allow the willing members to report such plagiarism activities by our co-members here in order to prevent garbage/meaningless/undesirable forum in just a few years. Looking forward that altcoinstalks will not be in serious boring discussions but this forum will be brighter and a loving forum that everyone who hears altcoinstalks name will instantly interested what it is all about.
Is this just for altcoinstalks plagiarism or it is also covered the other forum that from there the op copied the topics and posted here and then got positive karma?

Both. You can check the plagiarism board and see where they copy their posts.
Reporting plagiarism eats time also. Maybe that is the reason why only few are reporting but higher rank members who don't want to spend time making reports should support those who do by giving copied posts/comments a negative karma. That is the least they can do to help.

Yes, it is consuming time but it would be worth it to let the forum clean in its early stage before the members become crazy doing such forbidden thing. Anyway, better not to say words but let this put in action as long as we can. Hoping to remember this matter at all times.

Here i want to make a list with account links of our proofed and very famouse plagiarizer.They are all reported in this tread https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=62494.0
They are all warned about it and they still continuously doing it, so i want to make this list just for punishing them quicklier,every 100 hours,at least 1x a week.

Some of this members are not posting in this forum anymore since november .But who knows,they maybe just started from scratch.Thats why is important to report plagiarizer from the very beginning and everyone who doing this should also be rewarded.Everytime i punish those guys i´m also rewarding posters for every new discovered plagiarizer.
It´s on us to keep it clean!

That's a long list. I made my own list and I'm quite sure most of them are also on your list. I'll double check once I get home.
I also jept going back to those previously reprted to keep giving -karma for each plagiarized post or comment.

Yeah it is on the community members to take action, I hope many more will join. I think top management has been too lenient with these copy-paste members and I am not really sure why. Maybe it's quantity over quality at the moment.

It is good to see more people agree. Have you visited the Report Plagiarism thread? You can help out by reporting as well and giving -karma to plagiarists. You will also be rewarded for that.

I think its better to punish them by admin or who have the authority than counter karma them because they are so many and fucking duplicate accounts!

Yes, I will definitely help reporting about this plagiarists. I hope it will really help our forum be free from them. And giving - karma for them and rewarding +karma for the reporters will greatly encourage others to report and the plagiarists to stop doing plagiarism.
