From what i think either you cash out everything to fiat and leave crypto market or shift your focus to long term which is at least 2-3 years and i strongly believe the market will recover by then.

I'm not the expert on day trading but as I look on the market situation it's difficult to get profits if the price had continuously going down. Maybe a little amount but it's just wasting your time. Better to go on vacation and spend time with your family while crypto is in bloodbath. Return when the market has many demand that will push the price higher.

I advice switch your trading to a long term approach don't be a day trader in bear market as crypto market is decentralize and even if you are able to make money out from the day trading but in the end you still need to cash out in bitcoin. So it is of no point to do day trading in bear market.
