Now, crypto is a currency people can choose to use. They don't have to. We need to build it as good as possible so that people who choose it, can. And those of us who want and have time and resources, focus on building good showcases, demonstrating that it works. Is rapid adoption that necessary? We need to be able to learn as we scale upwards. Right now, we're in the middle of the development after having learnt that "on-chain isn't the be-all end-all scaling solution". It was a fight getting here, and in the end the big-blockers went and created their own coin, which I think was good for all parties. Has it gone viral already, in a way?

I believe with the mass adoption, cryptocurrency can reach more people from all country especially for people who have a good internet connection and they realize that the technology is coming to them. But unfortunately, there is still many people don't know about the potential of the cryptocurrency, so they don't want to join in the crypto. They still think that the cryptocurrency will make them lose the money without making a profit because they heard from other people that they got scam from the cryptocurrency. So we need to spread about the good news of the cryptocurrency and attract more people to come and join with us, so they have to see by their own about the potential of the cryptocurrency.

If a crypto has market value and solve many peoples' problem, there is huge chance to go viral. Market value depends on investors. We can advertise more to attract investors which eventually viral that crypto.

No its not, cryptocurrency is not too popular enough to go viral why I can say this? Because only 1 of my 20 friends knew about bitcoin and altcoin thats why I cant say its already viral we have to educate many of our relatives and friends about using cryptocurrency for a better future, security in our money and transparency to every transactions to avoid fraud.

currently, so many people are interested in learning cryptocurrency because they are tempted by the benefits that can be obtained from crypto. if we can use it well then we will also get the benefits. but if not we will only get the risk that is big loss.

What do you mean by "viral"? If you mean viral = famous, I think crypto has already famous in the world. The news both positive and negative sides of crypto have made it successful to attract people anywhere. I bet most of countries around the world have already known cryptocurrency. While if you mean it for mass adoption, it needs several years again to make it to be true.

Do blogging when crypto pump and you have big profit. The disadvantage is your own security because there are people who have bad motives out there. There is difficulty to make crypto viral at this moment due to dump condition of the market.

To increase or push for mass adoption of Cryptocurrency, there is the need to improve on the blockchain technology.
By improvement here, I mean rebranding and revolutionizing the various key technologies.

I agree with this answer. Since there are massive ICO promotion in various social media, people already know the crypto space. It has been viral, but we can contribute to keep it viral by participating in various crypto promotion.

I dont think that cryptos could easily become viral coz it requires some knowledge (read as time-investment). Basically any project or ICO could make people interested in cryptos, but it will be better with support of some big brands or names but it does not guarantee that it will become popular. It could just become more googled IMO

I think a lot of people don't see the point or purpose of crypto. So really, I think a lot of people will turn to crypto if their economies crash like Venezuela.

What's your objective towards being viral? I think its already well known to the world. I think what you want is a global shill so the bull run can happened again. I just presumed this but my guts tell me that it is the reason. If youre thinking what youre going to say, you will not ask silly question like this here.

I believe during this trade, irrespective of what number folks say this trade can die and ico is so dead. however I'm certain within the future, ico can really be a decent methodology of earning financial gain, either as a dev, investor, or bounty participant team.

In my opinion, I think that the bitcoin and the other forms of cryptocurrency are already known to many people around the world, but not to all. The social media is a very big help to make the cryptocurrency become known to everyone. I am sure the first and foremost step to ensure crypto to be more publicize is to get back its high price first then follow by making the crypto price be more stable.

life is free. same goes goes to opportunity. we all have the right to choose what we do, how we live our lives. no need forcing people what to choose. it is a matter of choice. lots of billionaires has invested in this bitcoin secretly but you will not know. they keep mute while you and i make noise to convince mediocre like us.

Crypto-currency was already got viral and got artificial hype and reach its all time high so its no need to go viral since the adoption on the mainstream was the big contributor of growth in crypto-space rather than artificial hype. thats only my personal opinion.

The crypto first went viral was when the presence of Bitcoin at that moment with rapid increasing price. And it became so viral when at the end of 2017, the bull market at that time really attracted many people and made it highly viral. Now, many people have known about crypto and blockchain technology. The rapid growth of the crypto projects really makes the world realize this to be viral.

There are 3 ways to make a cryptocurrency go viral:
- Create a bounty on bitcoin/altcoin related forums
- Hire the most influential people on Social Media to help promote your project
- Find a big exchange to list your coin such as Binance.com

I so much agree with this answer, with the increasing rate of the internet, cryptocurrencies can become globally accepted in no distant time because the problem that this great innovations is beyound contention and as such, I believe we getting there already .

Crypto will have to grow on a geniu move. There are lots of ICO projects that has been, that are on going and are yet to take place, these projects are actually doing the major works for the wide spread of digital currencies. People needs to be convinced and get their attention into the system, to know and understand what they are going into. Mass adoption is not enforcing, but self convection.
