If suddenly you find your points reset to "1" it means that your withdraw is being processed,
It does not mean you will get your tokens instantly, but rather that when the points were reset the points were counted, an amount of tokens were assigned, and they were put in transfer sheet.
If however you lose points, but not reset to "1", it means that a negative karma was processed, or a point penalty was applied due to excessive useless quoting and or thread bumping.
