What do you think are the triggers that will change the current
market trend thereby setting off a bull run?

If there is gonna be more buyers than the actual seller now. That will surely trigger the bull run. Or if Bitcoin could find a good support which is unbreakable then we expect the bull run

Public enlightening, good investors and panic sellers become resistant to bear market will help the market move smoothly. Dumpers should become holders for certain period will trigger the bull market

Do we really need more buyers? What about the ones on ground already? For me, I think scarcity will create a higher demand. Thus could be one of the triggers.

more people should be interested in entering the market that is for sure. Unless that happens we will be all alone here waiting for investment.
Also good news about bitcoin usage can also trigger the bull run

Good news like Bitcoin ETF or Bakkt, launch of Ethereum 2.0, more crypto friendly government regulations etc. can increase the demand
for cryptocurrency. All these can encourage new investors and/or old investors to enter the market again.

I totally agree with your view Zion03, lots of old investors have withdrawn from the market due in part to the long bear market. if this investors can be encouraged to return through good news and crypto friendly governments like you said, this investors can then return with confidence.
