Many people have longed for regulation of cryptocurrency, especially ICOs, but I want to ask, will regulation really help cryptocurrency?
Yes, in any case, government regulation should help the development of cryptocurrency. State regulation of cryptocurrency primarily means its legalization, which includes establishing the legal status of cryptocurrency, determining the order and conditions of its circulation within the state and of course, its taxation. Without such regulation, the state cannot take cryptocurrency under its protection, including in the judiciary. Only after the regulation and legalization of cryptocurrency, state and business structures will be able to officially use it and create the infrastructure for its use as a means of payment.
State regulation of cryptocurrency does not mean interference with its operating principles, but a certain tightening in the order of circulation and use is inevitable.

It probably will help, but not much. In my opinion, what kind of regulation to help the ICO? Stop the scams? Stop the bearish market? Well, so sad if we see the condition of the crypto right now, there are too much scams and failed ICO or extended ICO. There are also too much downtrend of the coins in the market. But this is the fact. hopefully, there will be a real regulation that can help crypto to increase its market value.

Regulation will always bring positive and negative impacts. Regulation may limit the improvement of crypto and make people to be less interest in participating. But regulation can minimize the fraudsters, scams, and other crypto misused. I don't know which will be the focus in crypto.

We will have to wait and see if the regulations will help increase the demand on cryptocurrency.
What is clear to me right now is that many investors prefer investing in a regulated market.

Some will help, but mostly will ruin the idea of being in a decentralized system. Take a look on some projects who been brainwash and convert into centralized? See how their project got dumped hard. Or pump hard which is due to manipulations of tycoons and banks, how could it be good in a crypto development if the system were deemed poisoned.

I think that if the cryptocurrency is still adjusted, more people will trust it. Now there is little popularity to it, and this is understandable, the market is red. However, it is in the hands of large investors.

I think that the cryptocurrency market will be able to stabilize with the help of governments and regulation, and all scam ICOs will be punished, so most likely this will be good for us, and manipulation will gradually have to disappear.

Future will show how will regulation affect cryptocurrency, but now it's just a necessary next step, looks like there is no other way. So I think that the better question is what kind of regulation will help cryptocurrency?

Maybe it will help in reducing problems like scams but in the long run we might also see more problems as from the start crypto is decentralize and regulations will only make it centralize.

Due to the young age of this sector of the economy, it is impossible to assess the impact on it. But most regulators recognize that blockchain technology is of great importance for the future. However, the cryptosphere’s vulnerability to fraud, theft, hacking, and other problems must be overcome.

Regulations can limit the increase in crypto and make people less interested in participating. But regulations can minimize fraud, fraud, and other crypto being misused. I do not know which will be focused on crypto. Regulation will always bring positive and negative impacts.

I believe regulation will will help cryptocurrency, at least if for nothing, it will reduce the rate of scam ICOs and at least there will also be some level of security to investors.

In my opinion, whatever the conditions are. Government regulation is important, because it will automatically assist in the mass adoption process

In the long run, we may also see more problems. Since the beginning of crypto is decentralization and regulations will only make it centralized. Maybe it will help reduce problems like fraud and hacking.

Yes. Regulation would help in no small way, especially in relation to Ico projects.
If there's regulations, many of the ICos projects won't be around as their sole aim is to scam people.

I think that the soft regulation will really help the cryptocurrency, as the trust of users will return, and the number of Scam projects will be reduced. This will ensure a return to the bullish market.

I don't know what kind of regulation that is fit applied to ICOs. I agree with the advice to apply regulation on ICOs. The problem is what kind of regulation it is? and who will regulate or control the ICOs. These things are very crucial to answer firstly.

First, what kind of regulation that you mean to?
Is the regulation included applying their identity to be shared in public?
Or the regulation for the punishment to be given for the scammers?
We may need such regulation, but we are not sure that it can work because mostly they are anonymous.

Although regulations will cause some changes in the decentralized nature of the crypto space, it will bring additional value to the crypto market and boost the daily usage of cryptocurrency in the purchase of goods and services. If the regulations come from the governments, it means crypto will now be accepted in all countries and people can freely use it without any restrictions. It will also reduce the number of losses because the will be set trading price limits which will check the dumping and over pumping of a coin.

The regulation will help stabilize the market.
It will also help in removing or stopping bad actors from manipulating the market.
With proper regulation, investors from all the world will have a safe of mind to invest in crypto anytime.
Tell me, without proper regulation how do you expect cryptos to get into the mainstream, huh?
