When I started doing bounties I also had the same question. I did so many bounties then I forgot how many I do, forgot weekly report day etc. So as a solution I use a google sheet now. I have updated it with all the bounties I am doing. It has social media channel links and also a links to the weekly report I should post. Now I do not miss a single report submission date and doing many bounties is very easy and manageble

I agree with amila_cs. I have created also google spreadsheet. I have there name of the bounty campaign, link to it, every tweet, retweet, share, post and everything you can need later. For example for confirming your reports and so on.

You can create a document with Excel or create a document everytime you do a bounty or airdrop.

I prefer the excel sheet solution.

Create cells in which you will write thing like :
-Airdrop name
-When you did this airdrop with day month year
-When they will pay you
-How much points/tokens you have to receive
-Their contacts (In case you don't receive your tokens)telegram, facebook etc..
-If they payed you the tokens
-What do you do for receive this bounty and where

Then, you will write below to this cells the answer to them.
Example: Airdrop name
              Lolo

And so on! :)

Ps :Try to use the same mail, telegram username etc for join airdrop or bounty because they will ask you for take part to it and for verify that you have really joined their airdrop/ bounty.

I just avoid the routine bounty work and go for the airdrops and one-off bounties, then I just make sure I complete the task, no need to remember it after that. Just don't unfollow on twitter, unlike on facebook, leave any telegram or discord groups - basically ever. Unless your 100% sure it's a scam or over, as otherwise you're only going to miss out.  The result is I either receive the tokens or not. Don't think I could keep up with a spreadsheet for it, too much of that with investments already.
It's interesting to hear people using excel for airdrops though, even if I think the most profitable way is to forget you have the tokens (https://steemit.com/aridrop/@dragononcrypto/expnchain-that-moment-you-realise-your-airdropped-coins-are-worth-usd1-5k-after-15-000-rise) in the first place ;)
I'm not even convinced the airdrops are financially worthwhile anymore to be honest, so I wouldn't commit further at the moment. With the current state of the market it seems like basic airdrops are worth around $1-$2 these days, unlike when it was $10-$50. Makes a big difference in my opinion, suddenly 100x doesn't pay so well, unless you had enough in the first place. The big money is now is all the referrals, you see airdropalerts and other big players on leaderboadrs collecting thousands of referrals points/tokens from these campaigns. As at the end of the day a lot of time you get 10x or 100x from the referrals, but from market gains. Even as small fish you can get x2 or x3 more tokens from a few referrals.

Hi,

maybe also this wil help you. I have two documents. One for basic info about bounty. And second for saving links to my tweets/retweets. Look below.

Yeah I'm going to do the same with the spreadsheet.

Also with CX you don't have to make reports, they check your tweets/retweets and posts themselves.

Saves a lot of work ;)

Google is the way forward, but even pen and paper will do. Handy things to note down are:

1. What tasks you have to do (and how many times if relevant)
2. When each week ends, helps when different bounty weeks end at different times
3. If you have to post the details anywhere, keep track of your posts
4. When the bounty participation ends
5. When the bounty is due to be distributed
6. Registration details, especially if you had to register on a website (including email used, password and wallet details)

Facebook and Twitter bounties are becoming very congested, often with not much reward for weeks worth of work. Try to improve your writing skills for the content bounties, or ideally get involved in the translation side, that's where the real money is.

You can mark your calendar about the date of bounties you joined. For that can easily reminds you on when is the distribution of their bounty.

You can write down note on your text file which is given to the bounty form.Sometimes they mention the quote, you can also write down. You must have the check to the spreadsheet every week.

In my case,  I always put all bounties information to my notes, in one note,  I put there first the bounty name then the links.  My spreadsheets numbers, and the dates where it start and what day it cuts off.  Hope I would be helpful to you.

That's a brilliant way of doing it, I think I might do the same. I had the same question since I have started getting more into bounties. I kind of thought I'd loose track of deadlines and things to do. Thanks for sharing this.

You must join in one campaign only so that you can identify it easily before you join you do search first like telegaram group so that you dont lose your campaign that you are joining.

Create new one by your own. Nobody knows what you want to have in it. I have posted here in this topic screenshots of my excel and word spreadsheet.  I have two documents. One for basic info about bounty. And second for saving links of my tweets/retweets. Look below.

In excel I have in first column fb campaign with count of retweets+tweets (if orange it means i still don't fulfil the requirements for the week, if green it means my job is done for current week, purple means end of the bounty) , in second twitter, then name of bounty (if green I have already received the tokens), link to bounty, requirements (for example TW: 5+2 - FB: 5 means, that during the week I need to make 5 retweets + 2 tweets on twitter and 5 shares on facebook) and in the last column I have what token it is.

I read first the rules or instructions they had when I agreed and then I visited the spreadsheet on the day of distributing if I gave or did not.

Actually there were great answers and guidance above mentioned. Thanks to them.
No matter how good and perfect the answers to your post if you won't apply them or apply the best that suit you, you will never manage well your campaign. So for now do the job and act what is best according to your plan.

I use a spreadsheet along with another person I do bounties with, and its very easy once the spreadsheet is created.. just grey out days where you don't need to do tasks on the spreadsheet and put Red boxes around days where you need to report.. have a second tab on the spreadsheet with tables to save all of your links and delete them once you do the reports.

To do this, I have a separate piece of paper where I write down which bounty campaigns I participate in, how many posts and on which days I do. For clarity, I would like to emphasize the end of the weekly reporting period. This information is always at hand. It is much easier and more intuitive than filling out Google Sheets, which for many reasons are not always available.

Simple, you only need to make a memo in your mobile phone to always remind your task on bounty.

To make it easier to manage the bounty that you are already following, it's better to use Google Sheet or Ms.  excel, and in my opinion if you write down all the bounty that you have ever followed, you will definitely not forget

If you work hard and don't get your payment or reward then what will be? Every thing goes to the dog's. So need to be very careful when you join any bounty campaign. I suggest to everyone one for maintaining notepad regularly.

Actually a bounty campaign arrange different types of services and section, Twitter campaign, Facebook, LinkedIn, reddit and telegram, articles and blogs, translation and signature campaign. I join only social media campaign and signature campaign if my signature finished.

You can use three sheets. First sheet should be used for saving your all types Id and password. Second sheet should be used for keeping the information about the participated bounties like bounty link, participated campaign, start and end date, task submission date, hastage and so on. The final sheet should be used for saving the link of your daily task.

It is quite easy, just create a spreadsheet of your bounty list.  Put the needed information such as bounty name, time cut off, number of post needed and of course the bounty link and the address you use.
