According to a news report, a 24-year old bitcoin millionaire from Hongkong was arrested for throwing cash off an apartment building. You can read the full report HERE (https://www.ccn.com/hong-kong-bitcoin-millionaire-arrested-after-throwing-cash-off-apartment-building/)
“Today, December 15, is FCC’s big day in announcing the trading race. I hope everyone here will pay attention to this important event… don’t know whether any of you will believe money can fall from the sky.”
Will you do the same if ever you become a bitcoin millionaire? ;D

Haaa....I think that's madness! Too much money can make one mad I guess! He should have given it to charity. At least this way, he gets a proper thank you for his effort rather than an arrest! Foolish man.

I also saw this from some cryptocurrency enthusiasts on Twitter and that 24-year-old guy is literally throwing Hongkong dollars
that is worth more than 100s of million if I am not mistaken from what I see on the tweet. Probably he will surely get arrested
for the chaos that he created on the streets.
-
reading the story was quite interesting to me, I didn't know what he was thinking so he threw cash from the building. I will not do the same thing if I become a bitcoin millionaire, surely I will do things that are more beneficial for many people.

That is a bold move from him... haha and i salute him. Even if i am a crypto billionaire or millionaire i will still save the fiat that i have throwing away i might as well do donation or something more meaningful then just throwing it away aimlessly.
-
So he was the one responsible ;D That's what I kept seeing on my feed the other day. I would probably do such act. While it looks fun, it's still dangerous. Someone could have met a car accident from running after those cash.
-
UPDATE:
The guy was not a bitcoin millionaire but someone who built his wealth by operating a well-known ponzi scheme in the region. Here's what the President of Bitcoin Association of Hongkong has to say:
He’s not a Bitcoin Millionaire. He is running a pyramid-like scheme well known in the community. Disappointed this is getting so much uncritical attention.

I will even do more than that. To become a Bitcoin millionaire is everyone dreams and this gonna rock that person lifestyle.
-
If I got that amount of money, I will donate it to charities or to the people who need it most. Throwing money is a bad move maybe he just want an exposure
-
Rich people do some crazy stuff for attention. He certainly got the attention he wanted plus the attention of people he does not want (police).

I prefer if I get rich on cryptocurrency more traditional ways of distributing money in the form of charitable funds, targeted assistance or donation. Just throw out the window is not an option,it's money down the drain. Indeed, in this case, shows a negative attitude towards people who like a dog thrown a bone.
-
Yes, indeed I heard it, a Bitcoin Millionaire from Hong Kong threw money from his apartment building, if my opinion was very regrettable, because the money he got was thrown to someone who was not right, would we better donate the money to the poor or orphans, the money will help them a lot, because they cannot get the opportunity felt by the millionaire, both people in other parts of the world who are still hungry, wiser if the money thrown is bought food and give it to them, and if we do not have time to give it, we can donate it through a charity that can deliver it to them, maybe he is showing off more property but that is something that is not commendable, many more useful things can be done than throwing it from the top of the building.
-
I would rather choose to be like nothing person than to be something but crazy. Trowing money is not the best way to help others who are in need. The best way is to go out into slam area and find the poor people and give big money to help.
-
Damn! they arrest it because they want money also. LOL there is nothing wrong in sharing your blessings. Police officers got jealous to that person.

And I also read that the person involved was not a Bitcoin holder... maybe you should read the most recent news
-
Possible that he was just excited that he did not noticed his inappropriate action. Throwing money is not good because it is a blessing. The police arrested him thinking in advance that it was from scam money. Unfair move without due process before arresting someone. It is against the law of life.

I also knew about this news on TV a few days ago, maybe he wanted to share his money for those on the streets, because he wanted to share fortune, but the way he was wrong, he should give one by one to those in need
-
There are other ways to help people in need by spending money. He could have caused a stampede.
-
it's true and it happened in Hong Kong, and the news has been spread on various social media throughout the world, and I think it's very great.
-
indeed, but don't imitate his actions. if I would be more useful if the money is for social activities and charity to be more useful ..
-
it is true that there are bitcoin billionaires from Hong Kong who are captured by the security forces, and that is all done because it still disrupts public order.
-
I think he is just to excited to be a young millionaire through bitcoin trading and trying to make the neighbors get the trick but throwing the currency in the street is a act of nuisance and that is an offence in any jurisdiction and base on their law will serve a 1yr term with a fine , which has made him more or less waste of info as it has not really get the information across and useful as many will still be surprise about his action.
-
If I in his position, I wouldn't do the that because there are still a lot of poor people in my country, whith that amount of money, I would give them instead of doing like that Milionaire

Well, worthy to go under the jurisdictions of the government. The consequences must be implemented to be a model to everybody.

insane could do nothing but stupid action. this kind of person should submit himself to mental hospital for some medication. if i get billionaire out of crypto it would be much appreciated if the money will be made for donation on some charitable works that could surely help the community.
