$500 seems very hard for ETH to archive before 2019 year. I don’t think the market have go to uptrend yet, this is just an adjustment and the market will fall again before it can recover in next year

$500 price of ethereum before 2019 seems very hard and impossible. But I think that price is possible until February 2019 as they announce the incoming hardfork called constantinople.

The recent pump of ETH has lost that value in the last few days of decline. It is staying below $120. Hard fork postponed, it may have a bad impact but i think this is better for identification and solve the coding error found by the developers. Better situation for ETH holders will come soon.
