is it possible to exchange OneCoin? It seems that this altcoin is not listed anywhere.

Not anymore it seems, it's listed as inactive: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/1coin/#markets
Their twitter has been deleted, the website is no longer online, the coin expired in May 2016.

Isn't that one of the most famous scam coin? I'm surprised you are still trying to sell it after all the news that came out.

Do you think this is a promising coin? I looked at it up and down, but I didn't see any signs of a cloudless future.

onecoin it's a fail project /scam... it's not a good idea to buy some....

I don't think that is possible, and in my opinion the exchange of one coin is not very good, because we cannot get a better choice going forward.
