If you Google it you will find the overall choice is Coinbase, next is Binance and I agree to it. Not because I've accounts on both but I think they're the most convenient and easy to use, and the best for commissions and fees.

Best overall: Coinbase.
Best for the number of coins: Bittrex, Changelly.
Best for the number of countries supported: Kraken, Bittrex, Coinmama.
Best for commissions and fees: Coinbase, Binance.
Best for services offered: Coinbase.

As for me, with a world marketing/promotion and development I think it's Huobi Global. They have few local departments, the last one was Huobi Russia. And with a such development, people become more closer to crypto and trading.

I assume Binance is still the best exchange until now. We can see from the popularity of BNB token. From this view, I don't see any exchanges that are better than Binance. And many people also agree that Binance is the best one. ;)

There are many exchanges that you could rate good but it depends on our own personal comfort for everything. The top names are obviously starting up from Coinbase and Binance, then there are many others too worthy to talk about.
You can look at this list of Best Crypto Exchange (https://cryptolinks.com/altcoin-exchange), as it’s something that could be highly trustworthy and reliable. But we need to make sure that we pick only the one we are comfortable with to do with the security.
