We all have seen how the market has been since the beginning of 2018 and till now, but want some views here, should we expect a bull run this January?

The last month of 2018 has started and BTC is still on its downtrend. The main reason what the crypto folks are pointing out to is not getting a green light from the SEC regarding the BTC ETF. But, 2019 is what the crypto enthusiasts are looking forward to. Even NASDAQ, the second largest stock exchange in the world has also vowed to launch Bitcoin futures in the first half of 2019. It is going to start on a good note as the digital assets platform, Bakkt is going to get introduced. Bakkt has already raised $182.5 million and is supported by 12 partners including Pantera Capital, Boston Consulting Group, Galaxy Digital and many more.

Bull run could happen either in the first half of 2019 or whatever so patients is necessary to watch every changes until bull run occur.

It is good to be optimistic about the market but too much anticipation of a bull market is what lead most investors to the frequent sell offs especially when their expectations are not met as anticipated. The market will certain reach bull but no one can tell for certain when.

As you can see as of today, ethereum has claimed back their top 2 position and looking forward to advancing and going back to its price as their hardfork is fast approaching now.

Specifically, January doesn't seem possible. We are in the 3rd day of Jan. And Bitcoin still is the same price level. Don't forget, We never see any bull when Bitcoin rise a certain level. It all depends on Bitcoin.

Bull run for every coin or only Bitcoin? In my opinion, it is too early to expect the bull run will come in this January 2019. We can see how the market condition right now. It is still fluctuating, still includes the low price. I think personally that the bull run will not happen in these six months later. I am doubt if the bullrun will happen on January, 2019. Market doesn't show a significant changes so far. We also have no positive issues related to bitcoin improvement. By this condition, I think we need to wait at least on March or even in the middle of 2019.

I really cannot understand why so many people hope the bullrun in this kind of near month. I agree with you, BTC has shown a very odd behaviour this last month, and is looking less and less as a good asset for investment. I can only conclude that the market makers have gone wildly greedy and are killing their chances to grab fresh investors...

Do not expect for this early stage of this new year mate to avoid discouraging in crypto. You must be fair for any possible results on this year and be positive and stay strong. If you're holding some bitcoin now , you must be patient and do not dump your bitcoin on this current situation, since the market is not yet recover.
