Can a newbie account participate in twitter/facebook bounty campaign?
That is different for every bounty campaign. Each bounty campaign has its own rules. In general, there aren't many ICO (projects) which allow it. But for sure you can find some.

I guess it's not as what I have observed in the Bounties & Rewards [BOUNTY] https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=22.0 mostly participants are Jr.Members up but it depends on the campaign you want to be part with because there are some of them accepting newbie participants.

Really? That's great because at bitcointalk, it is very hard to rank with all the merits you have to get from people. Plus they are also selling mertis which kind of suck. I will try to aim a higher rank then here at altcoinstalks. Before I just ignored this forum but look at this forum now, so many members and discussion already. Worth to get a decent rank.

There is a lot of ICO and projects that allowing that, just look for those ICO in Bounty platform because there they usually not care or require any forum rank so you basically can join even if you have no forum account you can join only facebook and twitter without even joining a signature campaign.

On whether a newbie account can participate in a Twitter/Facebook bounty campaign actually depends on the campaign you are participating in because every bounty campaign has it's own rules and so there are actually some campaigns that will accept newbie to Join the twitter/facebook campaign

A newbie account can join Facebook and Twitter campaign the only campaign a newbie can not join is signature campaign, and also before you join any bounty you have to check the rules first some bounty newbies are not allowed to join any bounty.

Each bounty have there on rules mostly newbie are allowed to participate.

Brother, every bounty campaign has its own rules. As mentioned in some bounties, they have to create a wallet on their own website and use it. Again some campaigns are said not to be taken without members. So I think you should be the least junior member in the forum with a little patience. Then you can do all the social media campaigns without signeture.

Depending on which bounty campaigns and also the bounty manager to participate in Twitter or Facebook and others, you do not need a high rank in the forum, you need followers in those social networks, the more the better. But it always depends on the rewards manager and their rules for campaigns.
