United States Department of Energy is planning to fund university research on technologies with almost 5 million dollars (more about it here (https://www.spam blocked b/4-8m-for-blockchain-energy-research-in-the-us/))
You think it's beginning of breakthrough?

Well, I believe we should be look for approval of ETF to see that US is supporting it in some other spaces. Since SEC needs to approve it first, then we can see that blockchain is ready to be supported by US.

This is the investment part. There is also the technology part. The country my pour money for blockchain, to do research and see if it can be used in the government sector. Pouring funds to the technology, does not mean that this will affect asset legality. Anyway, even if technology is supported by the government, then we will see support in other areas too.
