Japanese government always gives good anticipation and proper solution for the development of cryptocurrency there. The government takes attention to investors and all crypto enthusiasts. I am sure by the regulation, ICO's future will be better.

Japan is a very highly developed country, and with its highly technological capabilities they will be able to influence the cryptocurrency market.

This is the year of regulation I think.
Japan is one of the Countries on the first places in crypto world so I am happy to read that local authority wants to rule ICO because it can be an example to follow for all other Countries.

Hmm ... I have read good news from the news that you have shared here about the Japanese government that has announced the revision of ICO regulations. Well, it looks like this will bring good news for all of us. And I also read from one of the articles on the internet last year, when the Japanese government agreed to the rules for cryptocurrency, the price of bitcoin immediately jumped to $ 7,000. In addition, bitcoin from Japan directly controls 60% of the global bitcoin market in just a few days. I still remember that precious moment. Surely that was amazing.

I only know that Nakamoto Satoshi is Japanese name. ;D No other information to analyze who Satoshi is. I think there is nothing to do between friendly regulation on Japan and Satoshi. We are better to focus to the core of the topic.
