Lately i was able to compare those previous data in the previous year 2016,2017,2018 respectively and I found out that doing bounty works is degrading You know why?! Because of the unfavorable settings and condition in the Bounty Marketing System. Such as Unintended KYC requirements, Shady ICO clients that turn into Exit scam, Danger of Not reaching the SoftCap, and the Long waiting months before Being Paid, "ICO clients are setting a new norms of Paying Bounty participants, most of the time the reason they are portraying is to "Avoid the dumping Spree" Which is not true and Only minimal compare to the some Investors holdings! thats why I presume that starting 2018 and Beyond we cant expect fair and favorable Bounty Marketing Results. so we must do something to make it Better. Any suggestion and Opinion greatly appreciated.

I agree with you. The way of bounty is too deep that exhausts too much of your resources and personal likes and disklikes. Maybe the bounty is not always bad yet.
-
Your opinion is correct. At present one of the problems that are not popular for bounty hunters is the existence of KYC. Because not all bounty participants have IDs to register for KYC. There are some who are still students who do not have an ID. And that will definitely turn off the bounty hunter who has many accounts to follow the bounty. Although the application of this is good for the project.

If I'm in a bounty, they ask for KYC later, and they don't say that in the rules, for me, they are scammers. They have a sentence in the rules that they keep the right to change the rules anytime, but this is not fair.
-
We are only seeing things as a bounty hunter and only looking for our own interest which is natural. But what if you are part of the ICO or bounty team? You would probably see things differently. The market situation and the rules are changing and the ICO teams have to adapt. Being part of the team made me understand some of the reasons. It is just unfortunate that bounty hunters are also affected.

There are some differences that we can compare between the past and present.
The bounty hunters, for now are growing so fast that the numbers are very higher that in the past. It also influences the concept of reward calculation. Besides, the tighter rules and regulation by the Bounty Manager and the team sometimes really make us hard. Failed ICO, scams, and extended ICo are also worse condition

I read all posts above my post and noticed that Kyc Is a critical factor in bounty hunting because maximum Kyc they require passport, drivers licence and national id card. But many people have nothing above... So they failed to do Kyc hence he don't get payment.

That's right, salary for social media is not enough to buy snacks now, are there too many hunters? is it really the time for blockchain and cryptocurrency destruction!

The number of participants in following the social media bounty makes managers share the allocation of the funds they have set before, now all the results of the Bounty can still be saved if you believe the price will increase in the future, do not despair and do not give up with the results you get.

Yes brother you just say absolutely important, informatative information because maximum user have no national identity card, because user are age in teenagers and children. They have no sustainable to carry National identity card and passport, drivers licence.

And even if we do get paid, the project could turn into a scam. I just found out yesterday the Sobit exchange I did a bounty for and invested in performed and exit scam. I guess I should have seen it coming with how poorly the exchange was run.

The sole purpose of KYC "Know Your Customers" on bounty hunting is to prevent those cheaters from joining a certain
bounty campaign using multiple accounts and this is the reason why bounty hunters or bounty participants are required
to pass on KYC procedure.
No cheating = No KYC for bounty 8)

You are right about, this. Rules change, but I have not read in the news, any changes that require KYC for ICO's in countries. If I'm missing something please let me know. If I was going to make a cryptocurrency project, I would use cryptocurrency friendly countries like Switzerland, Malta, Singapore and Dubai.

If KYC is needed to prevent cheaters, why don't they state it, from the beginning in the announcement? They don't do this, because they want the campaign, and not pay later.

This time I dont agree with you Buddy! "KYC on Bounty Hunters is just a lame excuse for me" and Cheating excuse is a shallow alibis, there are some parameters to tract multiple accounts by simple authentication post on every participants. thats why i dont understand what your point is therefore you are wearing a signature i conclude that you are also a Bounty Marketing Worker But it seems your loyalty is not in our circle!

Given the uncertainty of government regulations on ICOs, teams weigh on what regulators such as SEC will do. Most teams choose to be on the safe side and one of the measures they do to avoid future issues is requiring both investors and hunters undergo KYC. I cannot blame them for doing that.

I won't blame them also, if I see this in the announcement.

Good point. Since there are no specific regulations yet when it comes to cryptocurrency, it is probably good to side with caution. This is almost the same reason why certain countries are banned from joining ICOs. Teams do not know whether it is really legal or not.

I totally agree with you and personally I'm quite leaving doing bounty hunter job...actually it's like working for free... I just want to finish campaigns I already did and take just a buch of new ones.
