Better to delay and address the issue first than going through the hardfork and have all these security issues later.

This hard fork upgrade delays several time earlier also and I am not surprised they delayed this time as well but I must say ethereum team must be serious about their updates and should be done as promised rather than keep postponing again and again its not good for ethereum growth. Ethereum dev postpone the hard fork after security researchers identified a potential vulnerability in one of the software upgrades but I can say whenever this hard fork will happen that will bring good growth in ethereum.

There must be a very good reason why the delay. It must happen and surely Ether's price will be affected and a new coin will surely come out of it.

I have no issue with the decision the team made. I believe the have taken the better approach. Security in cryptocurrency platforms should always be the priority since we are dealing with people's money here.

Another delay for one of the most anticipated event this 2019. There's nothing we can do except to wait. It was a good decision though

Even if the market reacts with a bear phase, it's true that Ethereum improvements have passed many time in this situations and the final results were great!

This is not a good news...with Ethereum Classic crysis this news can have a big negative impact to Ethereum. I hope that this will not be the case...

Yes, the reason for the delay of the hard forks Constantinople is quite compelling. A vulnerability was discovered that is called a re-entry attack. It has been found that it is possible to re-enter the same function several times, without updating the network, in order to account for its actions, which would allow for continuous withdrawal of funds. If this had not been noticed at the preparatory stage, after the implementation of the expected improvements in popularity, ethereum could be seriously damaged. On Friday, promise to call a possible new date for the hard forks.

Well it's kind of disappointing, but I'd rather they'd be 100% sure that the fork will happen without any hitches... we can't afford any problems at this point.

I have not seen information updates from ethereum for a long time, I think the team has its own view to that, seeing the market situation that is still down actually has no problem if they postpone it. We can see what will happen after ethereum hardfork is really done

Yes there must be a good reason why Constantinapole fork is delayed, because Ethereum is not a careless coin, ethereum is a coin that is very popular among cryptocurrency, so maybe they should plan fork carefully.

They have Postponed its .  But think its one of the trick just to bring more people to buy ETH just to receive reward on this hard fork  !! always security  reason in crypto world ..

I think it is very good that the team worked on the security issue before the update was launched, because then many problems could arise!

It was already clear a long time ago, this happens all the time, we will wait, because we have nothing more to do, maybe they will transfer it for a long time, because we cannot influence their decision in any way.

Yes delayed also but I think Ethereum hard fork never create a negative impact on Ethereum market and total whole markets.

Well, I'm not surprised at the delay in the ethereum Constantinople hardfork. It has been delayed a couple of times before now. We just have to wait for the right time. I guess the delay is what caused  the  little fall in the price of ethereum for some days now.

I have read this news on 15th January 2019. Ethereum Constantinople hard fork has been postponed for security reasons by Ethereum Core Developers. You know the Security Researchers didn't find any vulnerability in the wild. Furture announcement will come from the Ethereum Developers soon. We should only follow Ethereum developers announcement not from any other sources.

If that is a problem in the security system, doing delays is the right choice, because the security system is very important.

I read that there are no free coins from constantinople hardfork. The team have nothing to gain from this delay.
