Reading some sections here, I learned that to get karma, you have to make some sort of contributions to the forum like quality posts or comments; help in cleaning up spammers and plagiarists; forum reviews (blogs, vlogs).
Looking into the plagiarism board, I find it strange that some accounts reported have a lot of +karma. I checked their posts and I don't see any that's worthy of getting rewarded. I haven't seen them help out also in reporting spammers or plagiarists (unless they use the "report to moderator" button).
I do not claim to be someone who writes top quality comments/posts, I am average compared to others. In case you're curious, I probably got my +karma's from reporting spammers and plagiarist.
You can review these two accounts for example, they have currently have 20 +karma's. That indicates they must be really good or helpful but I have said, I don't see any quality posts or comments

Any ideas how and why they are getting so much? Is there some +karma group here?

Those users you mentioned were already reported for plagiarism.
I also found this account with one or two liner comments but with good number of +karma's https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=34062 and what's also interesting is that one of two you mentioned is his/her referral. There's a possibility that they are working together.
This could be another type of yousufatik +karma gang here ;D

I don't think there's a need to do that. But if you decide to do so, will the two bounty platforms in your signature leave too?

Or may be they're alt accounts.
I don't know how the system tracks alt accounts or is done manually by mod. but it's not impossible that they escaped tracking.

Has to be done manually I assume.
Of course there is a big possibility that this is an alt account of one member or an referral.
Just need to investigate deeply both account. When registered, posting history, posting style, languages, dates and so on. There is plenty of ways to hunt them down. keep up guys!!!

i have been busy testing an important update to the forum, thus didn't have time for following up on some important tasks like karma and plagia,

Another positive side is the enrichment of the forum with interesting information ... think about it ...

And what about a club called "karma holder"? The main goal is the accumulation and preservation of karma. This is not just a group for sharing karma between users. The goal is to encourage each user to actively develop the forum - for this he gets from other people + to karma. There is a certain rating of users with the most amount of karma: 50+, 100+, 200+ .....

Zed30, perhaps I really missed something because English is not my native language ... But I know for sure how to get karma - users need to enrich the forum with useful information and be sure to help each other in learning different cryptocurrency principles :)

you just want to give an answer without reading the question,
the title is not really descriptive, but at least make an effort
be careful negative karma have a counter ranking effect.
