A lot of virus scanner watch for mining software and block them. Id on't know, if also Google will do this. In the case of doing, you will loose positions in the searching lists.

Mining through your website visitors is mostly done by sites like coinhive, but they are not well liked, especially when you do not tell your users. Pool-Mining using a browser adin instead of a real miner seems inefficient to me.

Cloudmining has never really been profitable and if it was only go with the bigger and proper hoster, who actually have has rate and not just increasing exchange rate / ponzi approach.
