Agree,I invested 60% in stocks and 40% in crypto. Right now my investment in crypto is worth 80% of my entire portfolio. That can change, it will change, but there is currently no better investment than in crypto. And of course it's riskier

The thread is a bit old but this is something I am going through right now. I mainly own Crypto, and now I wanted to try investing in stocks as well. I stumbled upon BTCS (https://www.btcs.com/) which is a publicly-traded company that is crypto-related and I feel that this is something I should be investing in as well. The crypto market is doing good and the stock market as well so I don't think anything can go wrong. I mean you can tell that I am a crypto fanatic and when I see stocks that are crypto-related it makes me want to invest immediately. Do you guys invest in these types of companies?

I think it's a good idea to start low when investing in stocks in order to prevent making a big mistake until you get an understanding of it or until you understand the risks and rewards and how to manage them.

This is valid advice because, as much as we preach about cryptocurrency and how investment in it is very important, we shouldn't forget that there are proven forms of investment that have helped others in the past. Such investments, for example, are stocks, and although the newer generation may not be interested in them because of the hype that's around cryptocurrency, investing in stocks is still as profitable as it always has been. The challenge is to look for a proper company to buy their stocks so you can benefit properly.

Starting to invest in stocks with a little amount of money is a very good idea, because it help the investor to develop the skills and knowledge on how everything is been carried out, it also help to understand the risks and safety of the market, use the amount of money that you can afford to lose, so that you should be able to stand strongly on your own again if things turn out the wrong way, stocks market doesn't always work out as the higher the funds the higher the financial gain. don't depend on one investment, and don't invest all you have in stocks only, you can also think of something else which will be profitable.

This is true because we don't need to put all our investment in one market so when it comes to investing the stock market is one place that people get return on investment as there are allot of potential in the stock market personally if I have the financial leverage I will like to buy shares in companies that are still growing so at the long run I can get return on investment when these companies begin to grow and become bigger, the stock exchange market is really one places people should consider investing apart from the crypto market one place where people are making cool cash is the stock market

Stork market can be a good place to make a lot of money in this technological advance world. Putting one egg in one basket is not encouraged even when crypto has to be one of the best ways to make money in this revolutionary technology world. Stock market can be an option to your crypto investment but due to the high returns on investment people get from investing in cryptocurrencies, it makes it a very important part of investment that one may consider having a more bunk of their investment in. You are already in the new market why go back to the old stock market where only the big public company is manipulating the market.
Being a holder myself and took it as advantage to have my assets in my custody, I prefer the crypto which I can't do in stock market. It is still up to the person whether he'll try stocks but my recommendation is don't.

That's pretty much the whole concept. Stock investment is actually a nice way of earning passive income via dividends however the cumulative profits over a particular time span is way smaller compared to crypto and that is simply as a result of volatility. Stocks are not as volatile at crypto so their risk margins are way far apart and so is their returns over a given period of time.
On a regular basis stocks are relatively more difficult to invest in compared to crypto and one of the reasons is because accessibility. On the other hand too stocks require a solid business mind and calculative intuition to be able to effectively select the right stock to invest in.
