If I see the movement of the altcoin marketcap,
I am sure it will take a long time for altcoin to defeat BTC in the coinmarketcap,
just look at how the altcoin is developing, the price is still following BTC, when BTC goes down another altcoin meal will follow it, and I think it will take a long time to beat BTC.
maybe the only way to beat BTC is how to keep the price from participating in BTC and stand alone without following BTC.

We have just a different and far side Opinion and Analogy of the current market situation! I think that no altcoin can beat BTC in terms of Market Dominance and Capitalization. Since the crypto-market is relying on Bitcoin as a sole gold standard crypto-currency on the Crypto-Space and as the Pioneering crypto-currency the first introduce commercially all first is pointed on Bitcoin the King so no Altcoin can Beat the King BTC. thats my opinion.
