Cryptocurrency will not end at this time. This is one of the bad phases that is being experienced on crypto's journey so far. Where the phase makes prices lower in all times and it will all have a time to go back up. It still takes time to get back to the bullish trend. Just wait in the next year, there will definitely be significant changes in the crypto market.

I believe if there will be a bullish trend and we can wait for it, but when you need money and are afraid of losing because of holding large amounts of coins, I think the decision is yours. Until now the crypto market is still quiet and the crypto market will return like 2017 when many people need coins for investment or for transactions

No, we only see another bear market like before. Bitcoin and blockchain will survive from this disaster, and will be more powerfull for the next bear.

There is a big difference between coins and Blockchain technology for Blockchain technology it is just the begging Blockchain technology is here to stay and it is the future and people should really start to separate Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology because Cryptocurrencies are just coins/tokens built on Blockchain technology nothing more. And as for Cryptocurrencies itself, I do think that it is the end for some of them but not all and I think the upcoming years will be only for strong well-developed coins.

Rather not the end, but not the beginning, but the formation of a more stable market. The year 2019 will not be easy for the cryptocurrency market, but having survived it, the cryptocurrency will prove that it is not a bubble and a completely viable monetary unit that can be trusted.

The market condition doesn't determine if Cryptocurrency will stay or go into extinction in my opinion though. This is just early developmental stage of Cryptocurrency and the struggle is expected.
The market will recover fully when it will.

I think the cryptocurrency market is still young. Even if things do not look good right now, the end is far away.

The market is down but I would not call it the end, it is more like capitulating. This was already expected by many after that crazy bull run last 2017. Blockchain technology on the other hand remains to be popular. More and more traditional businesses are exploring and implement the technology into their system.

Yes, exactly. We are living the baby steps of cryptocurrency. There are more applications and developments to come. There are more and more people finding out about cryptocurrency. The demand will grow, so the prices.

Some people said that now is the beginning of the end but I think that it is just a correction period. But of course, we need to wait for a little because after such a deep fall of the market it needs a lot of time to recover.

For Blockchain technology, it is surely the beginning of its development and adoption. I can see very positive future. More and more business sectors try to adopt and use Blockchain technology. While cryptocurrency looks like rather stagnant. Market makes people to worry about its future, even if the popularity of Bitcoin still improves.

Market conditions are indeed declining, but I don't think this is the end of crypto. In more advanced technological developments, in my opinion this is part of the beginning. And I'm optimistic that market conditions will improve soon, maybe Q2 2019. Keep the spirit!

I don't think the end of digital currency is caused by the long bear market. I know there are a lot of people disappointed with this condition but it is one of the regular cycle. I am sure smart people already understand that the market declines and will be back to rise again.

Why do you think so? If you look at the statistics of past years, you will see that similar situations with a protracted fall occurred many times, the market is in a bad condition, this is a matter of time, it will recover.

This is not the end, such a fall in cryptocurrency has already experienced and more than once, so we need to wait until the U-turn happens, because it will definitely happen, the only question is how long it will take!

I don't think so, I think we are still at the beginning of this era. We are only in a bear season which is pretty normal for a market.
I don't think that the digital currencies are mature enough yet for us to use in our daily lives.

even though the market is down doesn't mean it's the end of cryptocurrency, maybe it's the beginning where I feel the lowest value of every coin and repetition for those who have known crypto first , and I'm sure the market will improve after this Chinese new year

I don't think so. This is a common drop that happens in all kinds of markets. An asset cannot constantly rise in price. There will always be ups and downs.

Digital currency is a very broad term, and even if we clarified it to "cryptocurrency", it's still too much subject thing to announce the end of them.
