Everything quiet in situation of Korean ICO. Despite few signs of potential change in current situation, Korean Financial Services Commission (FSC) said: "an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) investment is a high-risk activity"

It is not good news for ICO investors and developers, especially in South Korea. I am afraid this also will bring bad impacts for ICO. Whereas the ban may just temporarily and possible to revise someday.
