Title: Why is ETH hardfork delayed in January?

eth konstantinoipel was a hardfork of eth, which was purchased in January,
I do not know the exact cause, but as I have heard eth hard fork is delayed because there are still many things that need to be improved,
give your opinion if you have the latest information about eth hard fork.
