It is true that there are now many ICOs that are Scam. But I doubt it's up to 99%. if 99% this means all ICOs are Scams. I think there are still many good ICOs, it's just that we have to be good at choosing them.

I am a beginner and haven't really understood Bitcoin, Altcoin and Cryptocurrency. but I will learn to understand it. I think Bitcoin is still more expensive than Altcoin, but Bitcoin also can't be as famous as it is today without the presence of thousands of Altcoins currently available.
